Oh, how could I believe we would see the 5 characters from inside out... Great! I do not like those at all and they have like, nothing to do in here :)

Regarding the princesses, I think we won't be seeing any that was already made in the hideous mini doll form (ella, aurora, jasmine, merida, ariel, elsa and anna) but rather snow white and belle ;) And there are so many other females like pocahontas, mulan, esmeralda etc.

With that being said, we will probably see captain hook, beast, ratcliffe, etc. Cause I do believe too that we will get like two from each movie, but in the end this is all speculation.

Pretty sure someone with inside info told us that we would be getting both molded heads AND regular heads. So we should leave it at that.

I'm sorry, but - told ya so - what really wonders me about EB is that - while I'm assuming that you are all adults - you "all" don't see how a company that makes children toys works - you're all making assumptions and spread rumors that can't possibly be true in any way. That gets your hopes up than you're disappointed. Start thinking like adults when it's about (Lord-)Business and then have your inner child to get hopes up. Stay put, you guys!

To Stay on topic:

Disney is supposed to be very family friendly - no Disney character comes ever alone, think about it: Lilo and Stitch, Peter and Tinker Bell, The Lady and the Tramp - or almost any other character. So there is the one way to put two of the same characters in one series or just multiple series with the same "themes" - like LEGO is doing it already with the CMS.

But molded or normal heads? I'd be happy with both, but - while I'm putting my money on the molds - I have no idea - and it will probably take some time until we know.

Until then let me remind you a lesson that so many Disney movies have taught us over the years:"Have patience, my young padawa---" wait-

Sure, not every rumor turns out to be true, but the alternative is to sit on our hands and leave the forum quiet until Lego releases the official photos. Not much fun in that. The rumors and guessing can be really entertaining, even if it's far-fetched.

Personally, I don't think Lego has to release characters that come in pairs in the same series. If they released, say, Sleeping Beauty (fixed after 8brick commented ) in series one, it'd make people more interested in coming back to get Maleficent in series 2. They can string one theme through several series, just like they've done with the standard CMFs.

Maleficent is from Sleeping Beauty. But I see your point. I think more people would like to have them at the same time, though, instead of having to wait a few months to be able to play with both characters.

Remember, if they release all the big characters in series 1, they won't have anyone left for series 2. Lego knows what they're doing.

Good point, but not even one princess? I'm surprised. Unless they do a nice set of princesses next time, like they did with the inexplicable inclusion of the full cast of Inside Out this time.

many non-royal Disney heroines might need more spotlights than the royalty members.

Jane is one example, and perhaps Alice, Lilo, Wendy, Kida..... etc.

I'd love to see Alice and Kida, actually, but I'm really disappointed that none of the traditional princesses are here. I don't think they'd conflict with the Disney Princesses line, since those are minidolls which are completely different, specifically created to be doll-like and appeal to little girls, and do not work well with the traditional minifigure. I hoped to see traditional minifigure designs for the princesses since there are no minifigure alternatives for those of us who are not fans of the minidolls. Maybe they will release them in future lines, but the lack of a single one here makes me feel that minifigure princesses are unlikely.

I hope that this is the case. Thanks for posting! I was still pretty skeptical, but figured I'd discuss the list just in case it was true.

This gives me more hope to see a list that includes characters I was hoping for rather than characters I'd end up buying simply for lack of better ones.

If you want Toy Story figures so badly, I have good news for you: You can easily get them on bricklink right now. They already made them and they might do them again if they make sets for TS4, so lets get some new characters in this series.

Yup, I was suspicious of this list and then finally caved and thought it was real only last night. I should have known better and trusted my first instinct. That list looked fake. I love Tarzan, but I often suspect I'm the one of ten people in the world who do and then if that weren't enough of a tip off there was Mulan. I understand people love Mulan, but for the first wave of a Disney CMF I really didn't think Disney would choose it's admittedly lowest ranking princess on the current Princess roster (The one who's not royalty by any definition).

Really I would have liked to have most of those minifigures, but it just didn't look like the line-up Disney would choose.

I agree, both about the Tarzan movie and the list. I still stick with my statement that Tarzan is an unlikely choice, but not an impossible one. Maybe we'll get him in a later series, but probably not the first one.

I'm sorry, but you're not exactly acting like an adult either by making a condescending "I told you so" lecture. What you said was that the list is "confirmed" to be fake because according to you, Disney doesn't have the rights to make merchandise for their own movie, but that was proven to false, so you're not in a position to say "I told you so" in the first place. As jluck said, even if the list was fake, it was still fun to speculate which is what rumor discussion topics are for.

They wouldn't come with accessories. Buzz already has his wings as accessories and I honestly can't think of any iconic accessory that Woody has. Besides, any accessory that they could include you can probably get on Bricklink too.

It's possible that they will, but they've put out multiple releases with the same character in the past without issue. I'm pretty sure that skirt piece will be used, though.

Hm, I hadn't even thought about that, that's a great point! That's one less mold they would need for her, but they would still need one for her hair and her cane. But yeah, if we get her, it will probably be when TS4 comes out.

Except that all of the main Toy Story characters have already been released in Lego form so they might not be top of the list for a new range of toys.... especially with such a diverse range of characters to choose from.

My favorite Disney movies as a kid were Lion King and Lady and the Tramp but since the odds aren't great for getting animals, I'd say I'm looking forward to the classics: Mickey, Donald, and Goofy. Then I'll eagerly await the community's creation of a good Sora minifig. Up minifigs (grumpy man with balloons + scout with Doug) and Ratatouille (chef + rat) would be fun, too.

You know at Disney World they have a real life Pizza Planet inside the Hollywood Studios park but they DON'T have a crane machine?? My wife and I went in specifically to try our luck at getting one of those guys...

I feel a bit crushed that the Inside Out rumours were fake. I just rewatched the movie last night, and I would simply adore a whole set of them. Aside from CMF I don't think we'll ever get the chance to see them.

That list had some good points, goofy and Daisy not being in the first series is smart. They're not going to release all the fan favorites at the same time. So we should expect two/three princesses or regular female characters, five villains (mix of both male and female), six classic male characters, and two creature characters.
