Finally we get some pictures of this series, really like the hair- and headpieces! Syndrome looks spot on and Ursula is awesome, too! Isn't the Mr. Incredible hair just the Shaggy hair recoloured? Just looks the same to me  Not complaining about it and I'd love to be proven wrong

In regard to the moulded or regular head debate: I would be completely agree if they all have standard heads, as LEGO is capable to catch the essence of a certain look in a LEGOlike fashion.

Cannot really make out a difference, but I think you are right...something does not look right. More structure on top maybe. Shaggy is very cartoony and I think they did not want that here.

I don't think so. Shaggy's hair is much more disheveled on the sides than this hair, especially if you compare the 2:

By the way, is the mystery hair not just the Sleepyhead's hair in tan? Certainly seems like it to me.

Yeah, it's just a recolored part. Nothing too exciting, and nothing that really places it in this series. I wonder how they're going to manage Mr. I's mask with the traditional beady eyes.

Are any of those hairpieces re-used older ones, or are they all new molds? I think we determined the sleepy-head recolor (whether it shows up or not), and that Mr. Incredible is NOT Shaggy, but what about the rest? I swear, they all look so familiar. Wasn't Ursula's used in Ultra Agents or something? That one line with the anime-styled figures and hair, maybe? Same for Syndrome? Peter Pan, I'm sensing, is new and the only one I really recognized as such at first look. Anyone care to break it down?

Although the princess discussion still seems to remain...

Princess debate? Did someone say Princess debate? PRINCESS DEBAAAAAAAATE!!!

The Peter Pan head piece looks like it could be used for a Lego Zelda set, it's very reminiscent to the design as seen on the failed Lego Ideas Project. Overall I am pretty impressed with the way things are going, can't wait to see official images.:Classic

Peter Pan's hair finally gives us what we need for LEGO Ideas Link.

Not quite right, but definitely the closest I've seen. Passable, for sure!

I just hope the face prints on these are adapted to the regular lego face (black pupils and no white eyeball) and don't end up like the minifigs from star wars clone wars :S

Oh my god, some of those old Clone Wars face prints are downright nightmare-inducing. Yes, let's hope these don't have same effect.

The Incredibles?! It's my favourite Pixar movie ever, yay! Here's hoping we get the rest of the family, whether in this wave or future ones.

One of mine, too! It's also my favorite Fantastic Four movie!

She will look exactly like this:

*snip*

I do think she needed a moulded head

*snip*

Well, I definitely think she looks good in that rendering, but I could see thinking she looked good with a molded head, as well. Basically, I'm down for either, as long as it looks good. Yes, that is a completely objective criterion

All new pieces!

Could the mystery hairpiece, if it is for Disney, be for Hercules?

Good guess, but I think his hairpiece would be less spiky and more curly-looking with an orange colour.

To speak in a less offesnive way, you know minidolls are made to cater to their targeted market, so their "usability" is not objective. Some FOLs need minifigures and some need minidolls, that's my explanation.

And not to repeat the whole discussion again, we know we are scarecely going to see all minidoll characters in this series, so we better not focus on something unrealistic.

My apologies, I was speaking subjectively. And I don't think anyone is expecting all minidoll characters, but that doesn't mean we won't get Ariel. It would make sense, given the seeming dynamic of Hero & Villain.

Those hairpieces look amazing! I dunno what the spiked hair is for though, I wouldn't say Soccer series.

I don't see the need for Mr. Incredible to have a new hair piece, the DW one seemed fine. Always nice to get new molds, though.

So amazingbricks (and Just2Good) gave us this new information, wasn't he the same guy who thought the fake leaked list was real because he might knew something? What meant the real list was looking somewhat the same? We now have proof that Peter Pan, Hook, Genie, Mickey, Mr Incredible, Syndrome and Ursula are coming into this series. This are 7 characters including 3 who weren't on this fake. This is also the number of strange characters that were on this list (Tarzan, Jane and Mulan), so might the remaining characters on that list be in this series? It will then look somewhat like this:

1. Peter Pan

2. Captain Hook

3. Mr Incredible

4. Syndrome

5. Mickey

6. Genie

7. Ursula

8. Aladdin

9. Jaffar

10. Donald

11. Minnie

12. Stitch

13. Lilo

14-18 The 5 main inside out characters (these might still look somewhat different, but just keep it on this for now)

This list already looks a lot better. Now multiple Pixar movies included (1 was kinda strange in my opinion), multiple women that aren't princesses (6), a few of the original Disney characters were we might get some more of in any future series etc. I would definitely like this list.

Btw, about if Mickey gets a regular head, molded or a mask, I would say not regular, he would look awful and not accurate (we've seen they really try to stay accurate based on the hair molds) a mask is possible, but I don't see the point, he will look terrifying with that eyes, and which other expressions (which we can't even see that clear) do you want to give him, an angry Mickey? Probably not. Also, for the ones that want to use the head unter the mask for another figure, where could you possibly use it for, it's just Mickey, they also can't use the ears since I'm talking about the mask now, not the regular head, so the mask will be a no as well. I really think they should just give him a molded head, it looks the most accurate.

Molded heads aren't bad if they're for Mickey and the other animal characters. I have an image in mind on how they'd look, I'm positive LEGO will do a fantastic job with them.

I NEED Goofy, though.

Well I said it from the start, this could be the first series to have molded heads and regular minifigure heads in the same series. I'm afraid that's the case now.

Well, yes, if we are excluding the various moulded heads in normal CMF series (aliens, Minotaur, clockwork robot etc) which started as far back as series 3!

That's true, but i think we can expect more than three molded heads in this series.

Yeah, there's been plenty of molded heads in previous cmf series. Aliens, werewolves, yeti, gingerbread man... It's fine if the humans/humanoids have regular minifig heads and the animals/monsters/aliens have specialized molds. Like in Star Wars.

Agreed.

Regarding the possibility of the sleepyhead hair being Dash from Incredibles, I thought that too at first, then I had a look at Dash from the movie. His hair is slicked back and light blonde. Also, with Syndrome and Mr. Incredible already confirmed he wouldn't make much sense.

Syndrome's hair is a little bright. I have watched my copy many times, and his hair would me more accurate in dark orange. The Peter Venkman hair from the Ghostbusters' Firehouse might have worked for Mr. Incredible, but this one looks more swoopy. The Shaggy hair could work for Hercules, but we haven't gotten any confirmation of him. I'd love to have Hades for a trans-blue fire hair.

We don't know if that is the final color

We kinda do. The only changes from leaked stage are the addition of printing to the piece, like Pan's feather and ears. If it's molded in a color, that's what it'll be. And besides, Syndrome's hair is actually pretty bright when seen in the daylight, so I think it's perfectly fine.

I think the Genie and Captain Hook definitely need new moulds; Hook has a distinctive nose and therefore would look odd with a standard head and the Genie's look could never be accurately captured with no new moulds. Also: I hope they don't do something like the Panda Suit for Mickey as some have suggested; that would look awful. Mickey needs a new head mould to look convincing.

The "mystery hair" looks like it might actually match Clay's hair from the Nexo Knights TV series, which doesn't quite match any other existing Lego hairpiece. Which isn't to say that this specific hairpiece is from that theme (I think Clay's hair will probably be a darker brown), but that the mold might be used for Nexo Knights as well.

This will certainly be one of those series where feeling the packs is going to be absolutely necessary. Imagine having your boys getting Minnie while the little Disney Princess comes up with Captain Hook.

Eh, I'm hoping they make a new mold for Clay's hair. It's different.
