Stinky Pete is the Prospector from Toy Story 2. Mickey's nemesis is called Pegleg Pete, Black Pete, or just Pete.

But I agree that he would need a molded head.

Pete, who is precisely the same age as Mickey, (he also appeared in Steamboat Willie) has been referred to as Sneaky Pete many, many times. He appears in the New Mickey Mouse Clubhouse nearly every episode. Far from obscure, throughout Disney history, he has appeared roughly as often as the six main characters (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto), and very possibly more than Daisy when you consider animated shorts, TV shows and feature films.

If they are going to pair characters with a foil, Pete would actually make the most sense.

Plus, we aren't going to get the 18 most popular characters in the first series if they ever hope to do a second series...

And knowing the Disney Marketing Machine, they probably would like to do CMF series forever.

Well, regardless, I don't think Pete's worthy of a first-wave appearance. Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Pluto, and Goofy are much more well-known.

I've never ever heard of this gargoyles show. The only gargoyles I know are from the hunchback of notre dame. This show also doesn't sound this popular to me, not like Ducktales at least. I'm sure they won't do figures about them.

They seem possible, especially Mr. Fredrickson with a balloon or something, but not until later on in another series, such as 2, 3, or 4 if they get that far. They seem to be going for the most popular and Classic in this series, such as Simpsons did before branching off. Should there be a wishlist thread for these Minifigures?

It seems quite early for a wishlist thread when we don't yet have anything official on what's in this set.

I'd say it's almost definitely Captain Hook.

I hope Pixar doesn't have that much prominence. The Walt Disney Classics should be the priority. The only pairing there needed as well as Mr Incredible and Frozone is Woody and Buzz, although I'm beginning to wonder if they'll be kept back for series 2.

That would be amazing, but the Hook theories are probably correct.

What about Monsters Inc? That's the first movie I think of when I think of Pixar (mostly because it's my favorite).

Both Hook and Peter Pan have swords, and Arthur is not something many people would think of. Mulan would be good.

As discussed before, Mike and Sulley would be difficult to make as minifigures, or at least, made to look good. It's possible, though.

Very true. Mike would most likely be made out to look like the black bird in the Angry Birds sets. Sully would also have to be quite large, so something such as the Yeti/Bigfoot piece wouldn't work here.

The best way to do Mike would be to make him like Mrs. Puff. Her molds are not that far off. Sully, though wouldn't be scaled correctly at minifig dimensions. He would need to be somewhere between Dogpound and the FE Troll bigfig. Roz might work.

With the series 14 Gargoyle, I can imagine a Gargoyles character being a possibility. I can also see it not happening, since that series was so recent.

Could be cool to see it, though I don't expect it.

I'd love to see it. I mentioned it a while back at wanting to see some characters from the Disney cartoons like gargoyles, duck tales, chip and dale rescue rangers & the adventures of the gummi bears. But i don't think LEGO will do it.

I think it actually could work. I doubt he will be in the series, but it's one of the minifigures I'm hoping for most.

I just saw the tail end of a commercial for Zootopia. Checked on IMDb, and its release date is March 4. Could we finally get an Idris Elba figure?

Unless they really want to push it, I doubt that'll happen. Until it proves to stand the test of time, it's unlikely to get figures.
