Here is the newest addition to Oleon's fleet of merchant ships. Her name is Starliner and she is a class 2F trading vessel.

Sir Admiral Duke is exploring the new world with his Starliner and crew. The color scheme of this ship suits he and his hand-picked crew's knack of laying low during the day and then swooping in during the wee hours of the night. They are well known in the new world by making his unsuspecting rivals be overtaken whilst they are literally dreaming of treasure and conquest. There are symptoms of unrest that have been undiagnosed in other countries causing Oleon's enemies to be terrified trying to fall sleep.

That's a nice little vessel with a good story too.

It packs a lot of firepower for such a small vessel. It'll be a great little fighter in times of war.

I assume the guns will be in storage while you're using it as a 2F trader. :pir-wink:

Nice little guns (which I find fitting for a 2F) and very menacing look with those black sails!

The hull is a little basic, but you have included some nice details, including the gun ports and lanterns, and the bow sprit looks great. This is a nice example of a sloop - however, she has the look of a vessel that wouldn't mind being changed into a privateer, should the opportunity arise... pirate_oh3.gif

Thank you for the comments on my ship! The sails are actually made of very thick paper.

The guns are kept in storage somewhere and can be put back on for wartime.

I display my ships and like the look with the mini privateering/warship having mini cannons.

I have always wanted to make a neat little ship that utilized the Crossbone Clipper hull.
