As always, some brilliant MOCs, Sir Nadroj. I especially like the black death and dragon festival *wub* And I see that tree in your house has started attacking Snow White 8-

Very good and interesting works! *y*

Your Black Plague scene looks pretty sinister, your Snow White

Thanks guys! *sweet*

& TinyPies: The peices in the crate are belville bottles and containers from the new Hogwarts Set. The canvas flags at the bakery are from the HP Durmstrang Ship.

That's dumbldore's hair peice! ;-) It doesn't stay, though. X-D

Where is this swan you guys are talking about? Could somebody point it out please?

Hah, I see it now. I was looking for Prof. Umbridge's hair!

These are some great looking creations SirNadroj, wouldn't be surprised if you have some winning entries here! :-D I love some of the smaller detailing like the plants, their design is actually quite simple, but very effective and recognizable. *y* The only thing I'm less fond of are the palm trees, even with normal leaves they still don't look quite right to me.

The only thing I'm less fond of are the palm trees, even with normal leaves they still don't look quite right to me.

I got the palm tree concept from King's Mountain Fortress:

I thought they give the MOCs a touch of official LEGO in there! ;-)

The Black Plague: Pure evil. I love it.... although I am a bit confused as to what is actually happening in this scene... (Nice red-crab. I have to get one of those.)

Snow White: You like that tree technique, don't you! :-D Is the woodsman Jocko? :-P

Black Falcon's pilgrimage Seems a bit too simple... By far my least favourite.

Barn: Very interesting barn design and I love the plants and greenery. I don't think that crane would be very usefull though; the upper window is too small!

Slayed Dragon Festival: A cool design, but I think the inner building is way better than the outer, especially the towers. Probably my second favorite

Bakery and Mill: I'm surprised no one noticed Hinckley! :-D I think ths one is the best. I noticed you re-used your smoke! :-P The water wheel is really cool and the reeds work great. I love the colour scheme too.

Overall I like all the entries.. but I do think the Journey one is a bit weak. Do I think you will win? I doubt you will win overall, but the Bakery and Mill one I think has a chance of winning its section. CCC tends to attract some really good builders, and some I suspect put a lot of time into their entries. Even so, good luck! *sweet* Did you build these one at a time and re-use the bases and other parts? That creek with reeds keeps giving me D

Great MOCs, Sir Nadroj *y* I like the Bakery and Mill most of all.

They stand a good chance to get high votes. As for winning, I don't know. It all depends on what the others will come up with 8-|

Good luck ;-)

Bakery and Mill: I'm surprised no one noticed Hinckley! :-D I think ths one is the best. I noticed you re-used your smoke! :-P The water wheel is really cool and the reeds work great. I love the colour scheme too.

Who says we didn't? I sure noticed, I thought it was a very nice touch! :-D And I share your opinion that this creation is the best of these entries.

MOCs like these prove your great creativity!! Hat!

From the beginning to the end you don't fail to please! I'm only not so fond of the Snow White scene, but it's quite clever.

The farm and the bakery are my favorite ones, really lovely peaceful little scenes. The big flags make me think the baker has something to celebrate though. Nevertheless it looks great.

The cornplants and the scarecrow on the barn are really great touches! *y*

On to the others.

The Dragon festival: Overall it looks very nice, but I can't help to notice the entrance looks a bit.. well.. Thrown together. Despite that the rest looks very good. Especially the flags.

Black Plaque: A very detailed scene. Wonderful! All those burning corpses. Macaber, yet so cool.

Wonder why they would need gold though.

Snow White: Not so fond of this one.. I don't know what it is but I can't quite place my finger on it.

I think I don't like those trees.

Black Falcon's pilgrimage: Nicely detailed, not too much, but nice. I wonder though, what's the thing at the left of the bow?

Well, I think you certainly have a chance on a prize!

And btw... I wouldn't be so sure if Hinckley's really planning to BUY that croissant.. X-D

Some very nice creations all around, Jordan, but I can't help but think you can do better with some of them.

The Black Plague: A cool looking scene. The wreckage is done very nicely, although I don't really understand what those two grey guys are doing... :-/ Had they been searching the wreck for valuables?

What I don't like about this creation is the fire; Instead of a few very tall strands, I think it would've looked better to have lots of lower flames. I also think there should be some black or grey minifig bodies in there, not just skeletons... maybe black skeletons if you have them.

Snow White: Your re-use of those tree hands fits great in this one, and I like the mosaic of the house in the distance. On the whole though, the creation looks unfinished to me. The way the trees only go in looks odd, since the hands go out over the baseplate. I think you need to add more branches, and possibly some leaves on the trees.

Black Falcon's pilgrimage: It's a fine looking scene, but a bit boring. The landscaping around the bridge looks nice, and the tree is well built, although it looks too tall to me. The 2-wide roof over the well looks odd... it should be three or five wide, I think.

Barn: The landscaping and plants look great in this one, but the messed up tudor on the barn irritates me. Is there and reason in particular why you didn't try to fix it? (I'm not going to go over why it's wrong, because ImperialShadows explained it well in the other thread.) The use of your 1 x 1 slope technique looks good, anyway.

Slayed Dragon Festival: The inner part of this one looks great, and I really like the way you did the hanging flags. The landscaping is also nice. It seems like you got lazy with the outer part though... like others said, it looks thrown together and a little unfinished.

Bakery and Mill: This is definitely my favorite of the bunch. The landscaping again, is good, and I like the approach for the mottled wall. The mill looks good, too. Everything is nice and cozy looking. The tudor again, though, annoys me. I also don't really like the large flags, but that's merely a personal preference.

Overall, I think these are some nice creations. I can't really say if I think these will win until I can see all the entries... if any of them do win, I think it would be the Bakery.

Thank you for the feedback everyone ~ I really appreciate it! Let me fill you guys on some things I haven't said, and I haven't said much because I've been real busy lately. Let me start out by saying almost every entry is modular! This excldues the Snow White, the Plague, and the Trolls.

The Plauge: I started on the bakery first, but this one was my first finished one. If I had more fire, I would have put more low-lying flames, like Sir Dillion suggested, but I decided to stick with the long, 'cool' looking flames. The two infected people are salavging the shipwreck. The disease spread so quickly because ships carrying the diseases would infect the crew. The crew would die while out at sea, and their ship would eventually wash up on shore. Oblivious to the disease the ship and it's cargo carried, the citizens of crowded towns salvaged the cargo, as you can see. This spread the disease faster. The knight is burning the bodies. That's what I assumed they did. I'm not too sure myself. X-D

Snow White's Escape: This was finished in about 1 night, literally. I did re-use the tree from my house, but gave it a long nose, which you kinda can't see. Like I said, I whipped this one up. I like how croooked the dead trees and plants are. It creates a neat little path. I did re-watch this scene from the Disney Movie, so I tried to make it as best as I could. I also put in the little cottage in the background, just to add another perspective to the whole thing. The guy standing in the back is the Hunter the queen set out to kill Snow White.

Black Falcon's Journey: I know, this is horrible. But like I said, almost all my entries are modular, and this one just fits the empty space. It's not gonna win, I'm sure, but I figured I'd enter it anyway so I'd have a shot at the Master Builder's Category. The well is really thrown together, too. :-$

Farm (Barn): I like this one, personally. I would have liked to put in some more animals, or at least ONE animal ( :-D ) but this is more of a crop farm, not an animal farm. I bought about 40 of those cattails, which can be seen throughout the village. I did not recycle ANYTHING! Everything can be put together at once. Again, you can see the 1 x 1 tudor slope technique. I would have used the technique that I think Sly Owl provided (correct me if I'm wrong), but I didn't have enough red minifigure stud peices things *wacko* .

Castle Celebration: I did put most of my time into the white part. You may have recognized this castle, as I based it on the german Neuswanstien (I don't think I spelt that correctly). ;-) The dk organe gatehouse is thrown together because I didn't have that many dk orange elements. I wasn't sure which category I'd put the castle in, so I put some banners up, and turned it inot the Slayed Dragon Festival (notice the Hungarian Horntail head!)

My favorite: The Bakery and Mill:

This was going to be my only entry, but I decided to do more. I have a wide variety of cakes, crossiants, muffins, and bread! I also really love how the waterwheel came out! The tudor technique is DARKSpawn's, I think. ;-)

So I hope that info clears some things up! *sweet*
