I am curious to see how this battle wheel stay balanced, knowing Lego I presume their is a small third or even fourth wheel out of view in the catalog picture. I am starting to like the Troll warrior/orc/goblin theme a lot, I hope to buy one of the smaller sets for figs, possibly even the battle wheel. *y*

Lord of Pies, those were my thoughts too on keeping it balanced. But you never know, maybe they put one of those weighted bricks underneath (like in the crane), TLC never ceases to surprise.

However this wheel is built, I'm sure we will all be amazed when it is released. Which will probably be in January becuaase the pic say February, and the Dwarve's mine said november, but we saw that one being sold around October, so I'm pretty sure we'll see this wheel in january. Anyone heard from the troll ship?

Yesh, I know, they're at the beggining of the Castle 2008 thread. :-P

What i meant is has anyone heard about a release date? It says april on top of the picture in the thread, but it also says the troll battlecart is meant for april, and its already been sighted. 8-|

I hope so! We've gotten Indy, Star Wars, and some City sets showing up, but not yet my favourite theme, Castle! Except for the Battle Wagon and Troll Ship which showed up in the store brickbitz went to.

As I stated in one of these threads, the Troll Assault set and the Troll Attackship are showing up in a shop 2 hours drive from brickbitz' place. So... if you can find that, then there ya go! Anyway, let's get back on topic. *sweet*

Please note that all the dates you mentioned were from Australian catalogs. Unless you are Australian you really should ignore the dates. *sweet*

Domo Arigato Mr. Sinner. You have stated a most valid point, I am not Australian. :-)

Not sure where to post this - I thought there was a 7036 thread but I can't find it...

Anyway, in Australia 7036 Dwarves Mining is now available in Myer department stores for $AUD 69.95. Myer also now has a 25% off all toys sale until Xmas Eve which means the set is selling about $AUD52 - fantastic value for a 575 piece set. (Also 25% off all other Lego for those interested!)

Guess this means the December date for release was correct - I would be amazed if this didn't start showing up in Europe very soon as Australia NEVER gets anything first!

If anyone knows where else this info should be posted, please add it to the relevant thread.

Thanks

Dita

But I went to the Hobart Myer just for that yesterday and it wasn't there.... :'-( Eitherway, I will repost this news in the sales thread for you.

Thanks... Maybe it will take a few extra days to reach Hobart? Get them to give you a call.

They did take a few days to show up in Melbourne city store compared to the Northland one here in Melbourne, but you shouldn't have to wait too much longer down there...

As to their arrival in Europe, if you look carefully at the boxes you will note that they are the US version rather than an international version (for example, piece count on front of box, US LEGO club advertising on bottom of box), so there are no guarantees when Europe will get these sets...just keep an eye on your local catalogues and store shelves.

Aah, thanks for the clarification. I did wonder why the packaging was different. I was under the impression that the US distribution centre shipped only to North America and the European centre did the rest of the world. Then again, we got the Dino Attack US versions with piece count so I guess it makes sense.

So for all those Americans wondering where there stock of 7036s is - they're in Australia!

Hopefully the mine is out in Western Australia, hopefully my Mum can check during lunch break.

Yay, she said she would check later! (How n00bish does it sound? I'll get my mum to check for me?)

Went to Myer at Carousel, and... Got Dwarves Mine!!! *wub* And for only $52 AUD, down from $70 *wub*

It is "Limited Edition" again! :-/

Tks for posting that !! I love the box art of that set actually !!

And yippy another darn exclusive |-/

Limited Edition? If that means we don't get them here in Europe (like the special release of Dwarves Mine), I'll be seriously pissed off! >:-(

I don't think it means that at all or I too would be seriously pissed off big time >:-(

I think its gonna be like the skellie attack ship set and therefore not a problem to find at TRU !!

Damn, I really can't wait to have new sets !! Seems I won'r be getting anything before January 5th and that is not cool !!

*yoda*
