Jipay Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 Completely cool scene. I think this scene makes a perfect use of snot tech. I really liek the idea of cracking ice, and all the neat details (the faces are really funny to look at ! :-D ). Thanks for bringing this to our attention sne ! Quote
MagPiesRUs Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 I havn't commented on this yet? This is a beautifully done scene, and the figs are made and positioned very effectively *wub* It's scenes like these that make me wish we had Teutonic knight helmets and flares *wub* Great find, snefroe *y* Quote
Captain Green Hair Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 Cool, just add some pinguins and eskimo's and it's awesome! *wub* Quote
lego.ryan Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 (edited) A very nice find, reminds me of that scene in this King Arthur movie by Antoine Fuqua.... :'-) Although I don Edited December 20, 2007 by lego.ryan Quote
natelite Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 A pretty good movie, however if Miss Knightley is in anything it's always lovely. As is this creation! ;-) i don't like the movie. it plays like a kindergarten playground fight. the factions switch sides faster than their bed partners. it's almost like they fight because of the love of fighting. it's like seeing the saxons they suddenly said "oh...bigger trophy...yummy....truce?" "okay!" "whee!" "killing time! more ketchup pls!" nevermind that the romans were the real oppressors and those "valiant" knights who were actual roman soldiers. if 8 of them can really take down an entire horde...why even have garrisons? the producer obviously focused too much on the effects and the screenplay and nothing on the plot or playwright (either that or they paid for extremely shallow scripts). gladiator and brave heart are way, way, way beyond king arthur's league. okay, i'm digressing here...so on topic: good moc. :-D X-D :-| :-P ;-) Quote
snefroe Posted December 20, 2007 Author Posted December 20, 2007 yes, as Natelite said, try to stay on topic guys. If you wanna discuss movies, there's a community section on eb or just visit a movie website :-) Quote
ZeekyBoogeyDoog Posted December 22, 2007 Posted December 22, 2007 That's so cool! I have not seen a scene similar to this before, and this is so visually interesting, especially with the sliding ice chunk and horse up to the neck in water. Quote
