Er... I be in? 12 pages in 2-3 days makes me think this be popular, therefore I want in ;-)

I haven't had time to read the whole thread, but can I be an invasion force? For raiding enemies and such?

Can my highly trained team of divers join the ranks? The small island of Compass isn't exactly huge...they are equiped with 2 Officers and 1 Explosives Expert.

Ok if you want a position in the army please message me with an example of the specific unit for that army. Remember you can still be in the army with out being on the board of Generals *yoda*

Also, I am NOT in the civilian sector, I have clearly stated my job involves strike missions.

I know your not in the civilian sector but i didnt know where else to put the administration.

Also i know you are the strike missions leader and i forgot to add you as the General of Spec Opps.

Finally i dont want to leave you team because i have many spec opps who can help your sector.

Just my opinion, but I think its getting a bit hard to check who's who in the army *wacko* . Maybe we could use an updated post on the front page to keep a list on things, just to help things out X-D .

Wow...this thread has kind of exploded.

It's clear there's a lot of interest. But we don't need to fight over who does what - we need to fight...The Enemy! :-)

We should perhaps instead just have a supreme council - everyone is in it, we have a nominal chairman - the chairmanship can rotate on a monthly basis around each member. Just to cut down on the paperwork. :-)

Any thoughts?

Ideally, we should concentrate on our "map" of the "world" - perhaps tie in with the town-twinning scheme and have a military map overlaid on the town map? That would make sense...

And the other thing we need to do...is just have fun, and build our machines of war to crush the armies of Best Lock, Megablocks.

This is just my view of course...I just think we're getting a bit bogged down in the organisational level...let's get out there and build...and enjoy ourselves. I'm off to order some more troops...

Mine has already been made, the Special Forces and Strike Missions team, so you can work out your own.

I think this will work a lot better than just everyone owning their own army, otherwise we have too many factions.

we should have a vote for a motto, can anyone think of something besides "suffer not the clone to live...", and we could have the motto encircling the symbol

I like Batbrick's idea. You have your own sub-group yet we are all on one team. Here's Batbrick's and Mine.

Commander: Batbrick

Second-in-Command: Exo-Builder

Squad Leader 1: lukeiamyourfather

Squad Leader 2: General Kannon

Trade Leader: BigT

New Technology Research: steelharbringerofdeath

Head of Weapons Research: iamded

Personnel Chauffeur and Artillery Driver: ricecracker

Could we do things like that?
