Jipay Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 Amazing decal job ! Is it based on an actual model ? Quote
SirNadroj Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 Wow! Very nice! I trust the decals are waterslide? ;-) (And welcome to EB! *sweet* ) Quote
Lord Of Pies Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 Amazing decal job ! Is it based on an actual model ? It is based on Valentino's 2007 Yamaha YZR-M1 800 cc, I think! Anyway, I really lik4e this , the decals are great as are the custom pieces. This is the best MotoGp MOC I have seen for a while! Quote
Piranha Posted December 15, 2007 Posted December 15, 2007 Nice!! *y* This a great custom and I love all the little details put in, like he metal exhaust and sponsors! It looks like you are using waterslide decals? Welcome to EB! and thanks for sharing an awesome custom!! P Quote

The motorcycle is based on an actual model but not sure what year. Like I said it bears outstanding resemblances too Valentino's 2007 Yamaha YZR-M1 800 cc motorbike: Quote
figures_maniac Posted December 16, 2007 Author Posted December 16, 2007 Do you put clearcoat over them once they're applied? Yes I did. But I meant other better options instead of waterslide decals. Quote
Starwars4J Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 Yes I did. But I meant other better options instead of waterslide decals. Besides getting them printed directly on, waterslide decals are far and away the best option, and you've done it nicely. Some future's floor wax should provide really good protection Quote
Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted December 17, 2007 Eurobricks Emperor Posted December 17, 2007 This is very impressive work *wub* Welcome at Eurobricks! Quote
