My mini version of 42009. I wouldn't call it nano because it has 80 pieces but I'm quite pleased with it anyway:

Looking very nice! But I have some doubts / questions about the steering and axles:

-How does the HoG steering acually apply to the front axle? As far as I can see the HoG axle is attached to a pin hole of an angle element.

-How will the non-steered axles follow when the vehicle drives forward? I don't see any fixed axles, nor any trailing axles.

Amazing!

Thank you!

The little black gear on top is connected to 32054 which relies on friction to turn the front axle. The other axles are all solidly fixed so can't turn.

Okay, thanks for clarifying. Using friction in that way seems perfectly suitable for these kind of miniature builds and opens the door to even more possibilies. It might just be a 'game changing' development ;-)

I'm loving this thread. There's some really great tiny Mocs posted here and as we've had everything from machinery to animals and even food I thought I'd add my two pennies worth and post tiny moc of a person, Victoria Beckham. Those with a keen eye will notice that this is a pre-enhancement Victoria.

I don't mean to bump this topic. But, I just had too much fun with Tiny scale creation. So here's some more "Tiny Technic MOCs":

and

Dragster:

Love the dragster too! Why is the green one a half track? Could be a truck as well...

Thanks! That's because my main idea was to build a "Half-Track". And if that's a truck, it's not 'proportional'.

Really cute MOCs. I like the dragster more. You could also attach the half track's rear wheels with a rubber band, to make it more like tracks.

Thanks! But, in LDD the rubber bands are can't be flexed.

How about the smallest chain links around 8t gears?

I've got that solution/idea too, but it's hard to create like that, doesn't look so good, and will be much bigger than the front wheels. So I think it's better to let it like that.
