Honoré Sarrazin commissioned the lugger Ètalon to carry his wares rapidly between ports, at low cost. While she is pierced for four small guns she currently carries a single long 12 as armament.

I modeled her after the Parakeet but made her a little stouter and larger so she'd rate as a 3F.

That's a fine vessel and sure the building technique you used is great !

But I would like to see her with sails and a good rigging, that would help to see the fast aspect of your vessel :)

Very elegant hull indeed. I agree that it could use some rigging, the masts are the only weak point. And a bow sprit would be nice.

Thank you! I will add some rigging and sails later and post the fresh photos - I think I want to try cloth instead of paper this time.
