[MOC] The Ring Goes South

This initially was going to be my entry to Round 2 of the 2016 Middle Earth LEGO Olympics, but I wasn't able to get it done in time for that.

It's fairly close the original scene, though I took the liberty of changing sizes to fit my needs.
