DoubleT Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 Hmm very prototype looking.... im not sure... but thanks :) Quote
Christian Posted May 1, 2005 Author Posted May 1, 2005 You are right, it looks like a prototype. Have you seen the pics of the viking sets on the page, they look like those shown at toy fair? Quote
sam89 Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 Yeah, I've just checked out the Viking pics. They look very similar to the Toy fair pics, although the set with the dragon has changed, and they don't have pics of the fortress set at the moment. Quote
Christian Posted May 1, 2005 Author Posted May 1, 2005 The kk2 set have been mentioned on BZP's boards, by one of their sources, who works for the LEGO company. Quote
sam89 Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 The new Knights Kingdom set has an interesting number, so maybe it's two sets, like what they did with the Vladek's siege engine and the Castle wall last year? Quote
Christian Posted May 1, 2005 Author Posted May 1, 2005 The new Knights Kingdom set has an interesting number, so maybe it's two sets, like what they did with the Vladek's siege engine and the Castle wall last year? the guy on the BZP'boards said that it would be a combo set like vladek's attack kit Quote
Mr.Bionicle Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 New VINKINS sets kaleidoshop Lego *wub* cooooooool Quote
The Middleman Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 I think that the 'new' KK2 set is an alternate model, and that the 'new' Viking set with the dragon is an alternate model for the Catapult set - the site even lists it as Catapult, but does that look like a catapult? I think not! Besides, the pieces used for the 'reins' are part of the mechanism to fire the catapult - LEGO wouldn't do something that crappy for reins. EDIT: After looking at it, the KK2 set does not appear to be an alt model. Wow, how horrible. Quote
Wolf04 Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 Check this set out: http://www.kaleidoshop.de/produktkatalog/14290968.html It looks different from the previous versions. Quote
The Middleman Posted July 20, 2005 Posted July 20, 2005 Please, prateek, don't dig up two-and-a-half-month-old threads unless you have something to add. And 'lol' or 'thats funny' or 'thats cool' don't count. Quote
Akkhraziel Posted July 22, 2005 Posted July 22, 2005 As per below, Quie possibly...but I wasn't sure which of the two of you wasn't communicating with the other. And its all cheery now. Besides that , I have something else to blame you for, Phes... ;) Akkh Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted July 22, 2005 Governor Posted July 22, 2005 That's wonderful words of wizdom... Problem rectified. The above post was probably better as a PM though. Quote
Christian Posted July 28, 2005 Author Posted July 28, 2005 It seems that some one on FBTB have found these sets, so they must be for real. Quote
