I agree, the original CTT is one of my favorite sets. I loved playing with it, and I was one of the lucky ones to get a non-lightup Mace Windu in it. And yes, I love the original ARC-170 as well.

But let me really throw you back: the Final Duel stes from ROTJ, the small little ones, you remember those? I may be biased since those were my first Star Wars sets. There may not be much there, but they were great army packs.

hihi I always threw my money away for these sets. The build from Final Duel II just included 8 pieces  . However back at those days you sometimes just got 1-3 figures in the high-price sets, so the smaller sets were great to collect certain characters. Just imagine a 10 $ set today, that includes both Vader & the Emperor or Ahsoka the 7th sister.

- My modded version of the original arc 170 belongs to my most precious sets.

I really appreciate the advanced designs & compact structures of newer sets. But a designer who just included space for 3 figures in the latest CTT does not understand kids too much I think.. To me the Millenium Falcon & the old CTT had so much value because I could transport an army in it, let the figures "live" in it. Kids who will buy the new CTT will have a large vehicle with mostly structure on the inside. I don't think kids are just all about "firing missiles".

This isn't a set exactly, but, my underrated thing is the clone wars minifigures design. Maybe I'm nuts but I love the stylized face printing. I think it's super fun and of that moment. I get that lots of people don't like it, and it is a departure from the movie minifigures. But maybe that's why I love them. I love the clone wars. The prequels not so much. The unique face printings makes them feel like their own thing in a way.

While I can go both ways on the stylized faces, I will say that the clone wars clones are some of the best minifigs out there. Despite that the clone wars line itself may be a bit underrated, the show has given us some of the most unique and detailed star wars minifigures to date, and I really can't think of a clone trooper design I didn't like.

Granted, I diverge. Remaining on topic though, I think I'll add the T-16 Skyhopper (2015) to my list. Though its a lesser known vehicle (and thus a lesser remembered set) the geometry of the design is near-perfect

Finally Someone agrees with me! I had that set as a kid and had a ton of fun playing with it.
