TFA is already covered exceptionally well. The only major things needed are the Finalizer, a regular FO TIE and some form of Starkiller base. Add a couple of background stuff (quadjumper, ressistance base, scenery for final scene) and a complete Maz castle and you'd literally have the entire movie in Lego. There are tons of obscure vehicles and even major ones from the other movies yet to be recreated.

I forgot about the quadjumper! I concur. I think TFA is pretty well-covered; there's plenty of room for re-makes/obscure vehicles over the next few years.

Not the right place but how do I start a new topic I want a topic to predict the 2017 lego star wars and not the predictions forum that is already on here a new one for 2017 only can you help?

You don't. Predictions and wishlists are all lumped together in the existing Future Sets topic regardless of year; legitimate rumors have a pinned topic per year. Don't make any new topics for predictions.

I just realized that I guess they may keep making TFA sets as they do with all the other movies. Heh, I'm assuming you guys all thought of this?

I've wanted Yoda's Interceptor since the first time I saw it, but I didn't think it would happen since LEGO seemed to be done with Clone Wars sets, so excited for that! First set based on Season 6/The Lost Missions!

Also very happy they're keeping up with Rebels now. Did not expect Season 3 stuff next year!

I think it is more likely that the 'Phantom 2.0' set will literally be the upgraded Phantom from season 2, rather than the season 3 ship that seems to replace it. Chopper's inclusion would then make sense too, as there's an astromech slot on top of the craft.

If it turns out to be Yodas interceptor I hope that means they will make some sets from TCW. Also I was thinking about the Thrawn minifig and was wondering if they would make his eyes in the fashion of how they did it with Hera and Ahsoka. Or it will be normal since he has pupils now.

Green I may be, but an amphibian I am not! :yoda:

They will probably be colored red since they are chiefly that color

my photoshop. and its perfect fit. You tell me whose got the bigger hair.. ;)

That piece actually looks pretty good on him. One thing that would improve it even more is if they toned down the colour a bit. Dark orange never quite looked right for Obi-Wan. I think the dark flesh colour on the Naboo Pilot's torso would look a bit better.

So Yoda's hut was a bust after all huh. I'm kinda disappointed since this means that we won't get ep 5 Luke anytime soon. But Yoda's Jedi Interceptor is unique and different from the rest of them so it can make great set. Btw I really like Finns hair in orange for Obi-Wan, hope Lego uses it.

No Yoda's Hut. Well, that's a shame, it could have been a nice set.

Yoda's Jedi Starfighter. That will be cool. I love the design. I don't generally buy vehicles. This one, I might buy.

Doesn't it seems really, really odd to release a vehicle from TCW while we're in the third season of Rebels? Don't think it will happen.

I think it's an absolute shame if they release a new landspeeder and a new skiff, but no Yoda's hut or a set with Lando.

The latest skiff is still fine. The landspeeder from the Mos Eisley cantina set is perfect as it is.

However, we haven't had a set with general Lando or Cloud City Lando in a decade and it's definitely time for a new Dagobah Luke.

Glad to see the Duel of Fates set is a cheap one. Also excited to hear we'll getting 3 new RO sets.

Any way thanks for sharing Sir von Lego!!!

So in each and every trailer for the new SW movie we see the new AT-ACT, but instead we get... Yoda's Starfighter?!?!?!!

Wow... Speachless...

We just got an AT-AT a couple years back - same reason why we're not seeing any OT X-Wings in the Rebels wave. But fret not, we'll be getting a couple more RO sets next year, and since Star Wars is an evergreen theme, the chances of seeing an AT-ACT in the near future is quite high!

Sorry if this is slightly off topic, but here's the new Rogue One trailer:

Sets from this? I'd quite like to see the AT-ACT get a set.

We usually get those type of big vehicles the second half of the year,so maybe we'll see a AT-ACT next summer.

But that's of course me speculating here.

Yoda's Jedi Interceptor? Colour me surprised, now THAT comes out of nowhere and I love it  What a relief, I was afraid it was yet another rendition of Ani's Jedi starfighter

It's not AT-AT, it is AT - ACT

The All Terrain Armored Cargo Transport (AT-ACT) was a larger version of the standard All Terrain Armored Transport combat walker that featured a dedicated cargo bed for the transportation of heavy building materials or combat munitions. It was deployed at major Imperial construction projects, such as shipyards and sprawling research installations.

Empire Battle Pack from Rogue One.

So there is a chance that we will get OT Stormtroopers ?

Edited by La Chupacabra

I think someone previously confirmed the battlepack will include OT Stormtroopers and Death Troopers.
