...which means that we may be looking at two of the exact same figures from this year's Carbon Freeze set, with a Weequay and Chewie (who at least is in a smaller, cheaper set now) replacing the Ugnaught. :hmpf_bad:

Hopefully Boba will have printed arms this time... or a better gun... or a new jetpack! Something different than this year's Fett.

Without trying to sound too nerdy, Fett from ESB and Fett from ROTJ do have a lot of differences: colour of gauntlet, colour of jumpsuit, different gun and jet pack. However, I don't think a lot of these differences would be apparent in the minifigure - especially if we don't get arm printing. I'm happy with the Carbon Freezing Fett from last year - I'd much prefer to see more skiff guards than Boba again.

Hopefully this version will be based on Boba Fett's ROTJ costume instead of his ESB one that the previous minifigures were designed after.

I hope they do something different with the Weequay as well. Release the Skiff Master version this time instead of the Skiff Guard that came with the last the Sailbarge set.

I feel like I'm the only one who liked the Carbon Freezing Chamber set. It was nothing special, but it brought us 3 great figs, a Carbonite Han and a cool little playset. I thought it was a good deal for £20 personally.

What, another Desert Skiff?! I missed that. If it's good, I'll buy it... they'd better make it interesting, though, because making Boba Fett the sole draw will result in another Carbon-Freezing Chamber, and that set is just too meh for me to buy for 1 minifig.

I hereby retract my previous statement: the new Desert Skiff apparently doesn't share a single minifig with the 2012 version except for Boba Fett, so you can easily display both at the same time without the scene looking too awkward (I'll just hide one of the Bobas inside the Sarlacc) Speaking of which: I wonder if the Sarlacc's included in this set as well, which given the great 2012 version, would be very hard to improve upon IMO  And if the Landspeeder set does indeed include a Bantha, its repetitiveness shall be forgiven as well

Is it bad I want to buy everything on this winter wave? And at least 5 Imperial battlepack? :(

I also think that we are more likely going to see an a-wing instead of a b-wing for 75179.

I think I'm buying at least 15 or more (I'll try to post a pic when I'm done ).

What if the Landspeeder comes with a Bantha...?...

I'd buy 2 then

Yeah, I'm surprised Han Solo isn't featured in any sets yet..

Is that a hint or just thinking?

I'm only getting the Landspeeder if there's a Bantha in the set. Would love to see a Moss Eisley UCS set for the 40th anniversary of the original Star Wars, but that's probably less likely than a Cloud City set looking at the history of Lego Star Wars...

It is in the 2016 rumor thread as this is believed to be coming with the UCS Death Star.

Maybe it will be included in the Desert Skiff.

Here is a picture for anybody who hasn't seen it yet.

It's good to see that Han is finally getting a new hair piece after all this time. You guys think he'll have the same one in the Desert Skiff set??

Glad to see they've finally updated Han's hairpiece. It looks so much better than his old one! Its safe to say Han is pretty definitive at this point. I honestly can't see how they can improve him any further.

Hopefully Obi-Wan will also be getting an upgrade in TPM set. Would be nice to see him with a proper padawan hairpiece this time.

The Han hair piece looks great. Not only an improvement over the last one but probably even better than the TFA hairpiece in brown.

Love the new hair on Han. A good strategy to sell us a new set lol. I hope the weequay is at least different than jabba's sail barge. An extra skiff will be cool too.

Wait until the 2022 Death Star when Han get's side leg printing for the pinstripes on his trousers with dual moulding for his boots! ;)

On a serious note if that hair is indeed legit that looks like a very accurate mould for his hair. My fear is trying to get 10 or 12 of them to update all the other Han figures I've got.

And this hair will most likely not appear on bricks n pieces since lego knows that we all want to update our han figs with this wig :-(

I'd much rather have a UCS Mos Eisley, with the ability to recreate the Who shot first scene and what have you. Like someone else said, the last one was a let down.

I'm hating the lack of prequel sets. We're getting practically every OT scene made and then revisited multiple times, but the PT stripped bare really in terms of sets. Duel of the Fates is a nice one, but I'd like to see more PT sets. After missing out on the 2012 Palpatine's Arrest set I hope that's revisited in the coming years. I'd like a larger Duel on Mustufar set as well, maybe with the control rooms and the addition of Palpatine, Burnt Anakin and Padme.

I also wish they did more sets like the Vader transformation one from 2005. Those little £5 sets with awesome figs in were fantastic, and I hate how they've kind of slowly evolved into those rather mediocre Micro-fighters.

Finally! I guess they didn't release it this year to have one last crack at the carbon freeze mould.

Well Han in carbon is a bit of a mess so it would still be accurate. PICTURE
