Yeah it was confirmed by Sir von Lego, but he didn't say if it was stormies and death troopers exclusivly, or how many we are gonna get of each.

La Chupacabra's dream will finally come true :)

If it does come with 2 Stormies and 2 Death Troopers, this might be the first BP I buy multiples of! :classic: Makes me want the 4-winged Imperial lander we see in the RO trailer even more.

Doesn't it seems really, really odd to release a vehicle from TCW while we're in the third season of Rebels? Don't think it will happen.

Anakin's Custom Jedi Starfighter kind of came out of nowhere, too, so it wouldn't be unheard of.

Yoda's Jedi Starfighter? I knew there would be one of those in this wave, but I wasn't expecting that. :P They'd better throw something else in with it, though, that ship isn't big enough to go for $20 on its own. The regular ones are way oversized, but they really can't use that canopy for this ship and shrink the rest of it. It would look too strange... so, I guess I'll wait for pictures.

I'm not going through every 2017 topic, BTW, just for the lists... The Brick Fan has a nice summary of ALL of the 2017 news.

No Yoda starfighter for me. I've never kept up with CW and it seems like Yoda zipping around in a starfighter is somewhat out of character. A transport ship, maybe, but a dedicated combat vehicle? Not for me.

So in each and every trailer for the new SW movie we see the new AT-ACT, but instead we get... Yoda's Starfighter?!?!?!!

Wow... Speachless...

We aren't getting Yoda's Starfighter instead of the AT-ACT. Unless you want a tiny 30 EUR AT-ACT.

Also, we know we're getting two Rogue One sets, one of which is a big one. Who's to say we aren't getting an AT-ACT?

Why is that odd? We're still getting prequel and OT sets even though we're in the middle of the new trilogy. TCW is a part of Star Wars, no reason to just disregard it because it's no longer brand new.

Well to be fair, he only used it for transport. It wasn't really a combat vehicle. Edited by TheNerdyOne_

It's a "starfighter", it's name implies combat. Every other craft called starfighter in Star Wars has performed in combat. And as such a tiny ship, it has no jump-drive and would only be useful for very short travel, like a TIE.

You might want to watch the episodes. While it may not have a hyperspace drive, it does have a docking ring like the other Jedi starfighters which can be used for hyperspace, and Yoda only uses it as a personal transport between various worlds (including Dagobah) in his journey to learn how to be a force ghost. While it's armed to he could very well use it as a starfighter, he doesn't as far as we see. And it's unlikely he would, as Yoda generally stayed out of combat.

That is one cool little vehicle. I think it could use a little side build though. Assuming that'd be £20, that doesn't look worth the money, all things concerned. I'll buy it anyway though

3 sets. 2 big and a middle sized one.

I mind farted in one of my previous comment regarding the number of sets based on what Von Lego said.

So the CW line is not dead... Even with the new material comming (Freemakers, Rebels, RO, new trilogy) maybe that means there's still a chance for some characters to be produced...

Still need Ahsoka II & Rex phase II

I wonder if they will reuse the CW Yoda head or just the "normal" one?

Funny how most of the conversation here is now about this particular SF. I for once wanted it to be made in Lego since I first saw the premiere (which was in German due to copyright issues ; )

Just relax - if you don't want Yoda to have his own Interceptor, just use the ship for somebody else small enough ;)

Though I doubt they could make the ship as small as it's supposed to be. Probably just a smaller Interceptor. And still to reach 25 dollars they'd need to include something else (since named characters are not sold anymore under 25 $). More figs, ground stuff - or the coolest thing: his hyperdrive-ring!!!

I just want to know why the designers decided to take on Yoda's starfighter, which looks like a fairly daunting vehicle to design build, rather then the more straight forward yoga's hut
