I definitely wouldn't mind a new T65. Skipped both TFA X-wings and I missed out on the 2012 version (still in my dark ages) and I'd like to see a new version in white with the new canopy.

I can agree with that. It doesn't seem to me like we'll ever receive those vehicles, kind of like the First Order Star Destroyer for VII.

I'm probably just going to end up modifying one of the existing AT-AT sets to turn it into an AT-ACT. Should be pretty easy.

As far as what we could be seeing at those price points, I'm thinking at least one location-based set akin to Battle On Takodana.

Rogue One has a lot of amazing new locations and it'd be a shame to see none of them represented. The Imperial Installation on Scarif could be another option, similar to The Battle Of Endor from 2009, but I suppose that would depend on how significant that location ends up being in the film.

Don't count out Finalizer from being a set. We still have Ep 8 sets, and I bet it will be made by the next December.

As for AT-ACT it's impossible at this price ranges. If there was 100$ set then we'd be talking. But there's 2017 summer wave, and by then it will be 3 years since last AT-AT...

Those 2 vehicles are great opportunities as sets and I'm pretty sure we'll see them sometime in the future. I'm personally hoping for the 4-winged Imperial transport. This isn't Super Heroes or any other regular licensed theme; this is Star Wars. We're still getting OT and PT and CW sets years after the movies/shows have been released!

I agree.Just because we're not getting to see those vechiles in Lego form now doesn't mean that it won't happen in the future.

But I really do hope that we'll eventually get the AT-ACT.I always was a big fan of walkers and I never had the chance to buy a AT-AT before.

Eh, I don't really know what to think about the "Just because we don't get a set for xxx for now doesn't mean it won't in the future", because LEGO sometimes has a very odd choices for sets like having a Homing Spider Droid that looks almost identical to the 2013 version released again in this year. Sometimes it may be because of the odd design of the source material (Loking at you, Asajj's Fanblade fighter).

No Yoda's Hut. Too bad! :cry_sad:

But being realistic, for kids this only location does supposably not offer enough playability and action. So if TLG release a new Yoda's Hut at any time - which I really do hope - then I bet it can only come in a set together with an X-Wing.

Just read on Brickshow.TV a list of names for the 2017 lego Star Wars sets,

Would it be alright to put put up the list or a link to the page in question. Just thought I'd check before doing either.

Please do, but they probably got it from Sir Von Lego, who has already shared his list in this thread.

Didn't Sir von Lego said that there will be three RO sets?? Two big and one medium size??

I wouldn't know about that. I've been computer problems over the last fews days so haven't been online in a while.

Can't get why Lego keeps re-releasing some sets every 2-3 years while completely omitting the ones which are long overdue and keeps ignoring Bespin and Dagobah related stuff. Luckily no system scale snowspeeder for now!

The setlist for 2017 winter wave is 50/50 for me. I'm only interested in RO and Lando sets

I agree. How long do we have to wait for obviously needed sets like the TIE Interceptor, TIE Bomber, Lars Homestead, Bespin, etc.

Every new wave I'm sure these sets will be realeased, and every time TLG dissappoints.

At this point it's beyond illogical... From a business perspective aren't TLG missing a lot of sales on this? (I mean a lot of people will surely not buy a set they got just 1 or 2 years ago?)

Let's keep this discussion to actual rumors, please Regardless of whether or not there're still open prices point slots, we've heard nothing to suggest sets such as an AT-ACT, an X-wing, a TIE/sa, etc. I know there's a fine line separating reasonable guesses based on what we know (i.e., set that has Yoda and Artoo and looks like an Eta-2 is probably a starfighter) and wild speculation that really doesn't have any supporting evidence (i.e., set that will be from Rogue One and cost $70 might be an X-wing), but let's try to keep the unsupported predictions in Future Star Wars Sets.

And posts like this:

Don't count out Finalizer from being a set. We still have Ep 8 sets, and I bet it will be made by the next December.

But I really do hope that we'll eventually get the AT-ACT.

...are pure wishlists and definitely belong in Future Star Wars sets.

Thanks.

$40 for a skiff??! Wasn't it $20 last time? I swear, the SW prices are never consistent.

The last one was $25. I think this one might be worth the price if they make the Sarlacc a lot bigger (since it was sort of small in the $25 Skiff).

Wouldn't it be possible, though very unlikely, that the new Desert Skiff contains a Bantha? If I recall correctly, there were a lot of them among the dunes when Jabba's Barge and the skiffs where heading towards the Sarlacc pit.

It would be quite weird, but it would be one of the reasons the price is so strangely high.

It does include the sarlacc.

Rogue One: I said two sets, 59.99 and 69.99.

The third one is Phantom 2.0

Those price points are odd. Not large enough to be the 4-winged transport or the AT-ACT, the 2 most obvious potential candidates for sets... Location-based sets, perhaps?

I think there's plenty of potential for location sets, and I'd love to see them! Yavin IV, streets of Jedha, Imperial bunker on Scarif, Saw's hideout - obviously there's also loads we haven't even seen from the trailer. My perfect wVe would be one vehicle, two location sets, the battlepacks plus a couple of nice extra mini figures from the microfighters.
