So, if the Lando's set is a RO set than there is a chance Lando will appear in Rogue one. If this so, I can't wait to see what role he will play in film, I mean will it be a little cameo or something bigger.

I hope Maul stays the same as his 2015 variant, EXCEPT for his face, which was awful. He looked like he was from something like The Empire Strikes Out.

I agree that face print was awful! I'd like to see Lego go back to something similar to the design they used on the shirtless polybag figure. I think that face combined with his current torso/leg design would be the perfect Darth Maul minifigure.

The Duel of Fates set sounds interesting and I agree the '15 variant is perfect expect the face,let's just hope this time we get a proper face print.

But I'm more excited for the phantom and RO sets.

Too bad Duel of the Fates is so small, but the price point has been known for awhile. I just hoped to see some kind of representation of the walkways someday, but according to this new description they've chosen the perfect place and features to include in such a small set.

He's not in the film but the set is probably a vendor exclusive.

I'm getting the yodas starfighter and duel of the fates. This wave is not that bad for wonter. I'm just mostly relieved they are still making Clone Wars sets.

I love what I hear about January sets so far. Duel of Fates finally is a set( hopefully Maul gets improved face, as 2015 torso was perfect but face was horrible) , Luke's Landspeeder is a nice addition (since I don't have Ep 4 Luke minifigure I'm really looking forward to this set), and Yoda's starfighter is really dissapointing ( if it's just green colored Jedi Interceptor). And Lando's set remains a mystery still, probably a retail exclusive .

Hehe. Why? R2 was basically tossed on the back of the speeder in the movie, while 3PO was akwardly sitting on the back. It's a 2-person speeder. No seating needed for the droids.

Well it's a lego set. I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect that certain design choices could be me made to get the most out of the speeder, which by itself doesn't allow for very many action features. Doesn't have to be anything elaborate, just a stud to connect R2 and 3PO to the ship as they're shown in the movie.

So I'm guessing Duel of the Fates will most likely have a similar structure to the Freezing Chamber, only three will be an abyss in place of the Carbonite mechanism.

What's frustrating not having a Bantha is that 75148 included the Luggabeast... and Luggabest is not important in episode 7 story development at all... and yet it is in a set. But here we are wishing for a Bantha and we ain't got any Bantha....

It can only get worse if people only buy sets and build them (or display it in a box). I actually find it a big relief that I don't have to buy most of the new Star Wars sets.

Haha well it is a first world problem, no objections about that, but the whole foundation of the forum is based on that.

And for now let's pretend it matters and instead of buying these sets we are not satisfied with, let us send our demands to lego and explain to them their responsibility to provide us with a Bantha! ;)
