The new Phantom is $30? Ooh... this is shaping up to be quite a good wave... also, Y-Wing. I hope it isn't $70+ like all the X-Wings and TIEs have been lately.

Everyone seems to be in agreement that the new Phantom will be a great buy. I hope that the pricing in my region will be priced reasonably. Seems like I have more Star Wars sets to buy this year and yet we are only getting the first half of 2017.

I think it was established in the old canon that Y-Wings were two-seater starfighters. Whether or not that carries over to Disney's canon, I guess we will see in Rogue One, perhaps.

I know OT Y-Wings were one seaters but wouldn't early ones that are left over from the Clone Wars be two seaters? I know for a fact the ones used in the Clone Wars had a gunners seat were there is just a turret in later models.

Star wars wikia has multiple y wing variants with either a gunner or a fixed set of ion cannons and no gunner.

There's even references to 5 seater models and long range scout versions (even 4 engine models in games)

while I don't know I have to imagine it's along the lines of a wookie/ gammorean/ talz mold where it's full torso. When you look at the actual character it's entirely furry.

Plenty of other sites (including the one I write for) have retreated under C&D emails from LEGO IP department but you guys, who've been quoted as the source, stand firm. I had always assumed that the Rebels gutted them for parts, but according to this entry, the vehicle has both 1 and 2 seater variants.

Interesting to note that the plating was removed so that the Rebels could access and maintain the aging craft more easily.

By the way - I'm loving that rumors list for 2017. Can't imagine an improvement over the previous landspeeder but gotta get more Tusken Raiders of course.

The only thing is... Thrawn in a $30 set? Could it be possible? I figured for sure he would be in some gigantic $200+ set.
