2016 Toa have more basic color schemes but basically use the same new chest piece without any printing.

Don't know how early the prelims you've seen are, but it's possible any potential printing isn't finalized and will be present on the final model? I believe that was the case with some of the leaks for the 2015 Toa and maaaaybe the Skull Creatures.

Anywho, my thoughts on some stuff that's been brought to light: Sad to see the keetorange apparently go on Lewa. It really made his color scheme pop. And the trans apple green (or whatever it's called) I feel will blend a bit too much with his bright green (unless he changes shade).

Also, does Tahu keep his bell-bottoms and weird movable golden sword wings? Those are things I've been hoping would disappear.

I guess it's because they don't have as much trans-parts. But yes, sadly Tahu still does. But they added something on the back of the legs to fill that in.

I'd actually be more curious about Gali's weapon myself. I don't see what they would replace the battle ax or harpoon with, or even what they'd do with Pohatu and his boomerangs. It's easy to know what Tahu and Lewa would get though, they probably get swords of some kind because, they like swords. :P

Anyway- Nekchir, can you let us know all the Toa weapons?

Weapons are as follows:

Tahu- Pretty similar to his old weapons. Two large swords that resemble this but with a holes near the ends. Blades are marbled with light red. They 'clip' together with the help of a pin.

Gali- Uses the same new 'spear' end as Hunter, but silver. She holds it with both hands.

Onua- He uses two parts of a weapon (4 parts in all) that he holds in his hands in which they can be combined into double drills. (that one guy was right about this lol)

Pohatu- New hammer weapons he holds in both hands than be attached to his feet it seems--they have black pins on the sides of 'em.

Lewa- Still uses those katana blades from 2015, the handles are built using a axle connector--I dunno what he does with 'em though. He has 'hand gaurds' as well.

Of course she still has a gear function (yellow knobs on the back stick out like a sore thumb). But it's just one like 2015.
