Hello all

I'm keeping myself busy designing a Lego train station, and I'm trying to create a replica of my local train station here. But I've been out of the Lego game for more than a decade, so I'm looking for some tips how I can improve my design. Right now I'm designing the stairwells leading up to the platforms, and I'd like some feedback whether or not this stairwell mimics reality. My goal here was to keep to real life as close as possible, so I'm looking for any ways to improve its realism. One thing I'm not satisfied with is the handlebars for the stairs. Attached is the Lego LDD file.

Something like this?

That looks a bit weird with the rounded edges on the wall piece

You could use 3mm rigid hose for the handlebars and maybe swap out the slopes at the sides of the stairs for tiles placed at an angle for a smoother slope. I would have started with the lift doors, since getting those to fit and look right will be tricky
