hachiroku Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 I want to participate but I have a doubt. I want to build a dark brown building, but my collection in that colour is really small. Could I build it in, for example, dark grey (a colour with the same temperature) and change the colour with photoshop. I do this all the time in my photos and it gives good results. Quote
Ultrake Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 I'm almost finished with my entry. This was a fun contest and I'm pretty pleased with my entry. Quote
t-brick Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 Great idea for a contest! I'll post my entry soon. I hope it's ok to use a printed label tile since you used one for your example, too? Quote
TheWarden Posted July 1, 2016 Posted July 1, 2016 Well, with only a few days left, which was closer than I wanted to be, I have posted my entry. Building on a schedule was hard for me, but I had a lot of fun. I'll probably repost it after the contest (director's cut) with some more detail and some of the inner workings. Good luck everyone! Now I'm off to check out your entries... Quote
Artanis I Posted July 1, 2016 Posted July 1, 2016 Trying hard to get this finished & photographed in time... a question about the "midnight" definition: do you define midnight GMT on the 3rd as either a) 10am AEST on the 3rd or b) 10am AEST on the 4th? (ie is midnight at the start of the day or at the end of it, since on various occasions I have been given both responses by adamant learned people) Do I need to submit by (my time) Sunday morning or Monday morning? Grey is fine, sorry for the late reply! Quote

So long as it is still the 3rd by GMT, you can post. But it has to come in with a date of 3/7/16 or 3rd July 2016. Quote
