Sariel Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 Here's my model of a classic Liebherr exavator. I'm not overly happy with it, but my primary goal - full remote control of all pneumatics with a high degree of accuracy - was achieved. Oh, and that custom LED beacon is available here: http://bit.ly/buybeacon Photos & reading: http://sariel.pl/201...atic-excavator/ Quote
Edwin Korstanje Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 Wow Sariel this is running very smoot  Quote
jorgeopesi Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 I preffer less bricks but I am happy to see better movements on Lego machinery, there are more than one that works really really bad being nice just at simple view. Quote
dr_spock Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 Nice. Is there way to display the pressure reading on your phone? Quote
AkiyamaWataru Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 Very Cool Sariel. Watched it with my son and he just said: "Bagger!" It's German for Excavator Quote
GoldVillage Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 (edited) Just another master piece since im a nab with compressors i have to ask, does the hoses have a different length for a reason i.e because of the motion of the compressor? (im talking about the last piece of hosing going from each pair of pumps, hooked up to the T, one are long and another one is short) Edited June 13, 2016 by GoldVillage Quote
Sariel Posted June 13, 2016 Author Posted June 13, 2016 Is there way to display the pressure reading on your phone? Sure. You could put a GoPro in front of the manometer and get a live video feed on your phone. does the hoses have a different length for a reason i.e because of the motion of the compressor? That was the idea. Quote
GoldCivetta Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 Nice! Watched the video yesterday. I need so many pieces that I don't have! Quote
jono rocky Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 Brilliant as always. Pretty cool warning light addition. Quote
Kristof Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 The operation is excellent! I always wondered who was going to manage RC pneumatic model with such great manouvering options :) The thing I don't like and upon which I already commented in your previous moc tour videos is the proportion. I can't help myself but the arm look considerably small compared to the rest. Quote
AFOLegofan66 Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 really liked the smoothness of the pneumatics and of course the Sbrick control!! Quote
kieran Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 The use of pneumatics in this model is wonderful, looks very real in both pictures and video, well done Quote
JJ2 Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 Great model! Could you have put a weighted brick in the cabin to even it out Quote
