What era of military? I've ordered from the US for WWII era but I've actually got quite a few current military figures I'm ready to move on.

It might be cheaper to buy parts, and assemble them yourself. http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=973pb0582c01#T=S&O={} / http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=973pb0582c02#T=S&C=48&O={%22color%22:48} (They look the same to me, one is cheaper) is a purist torso that would look great in a military setting, and helmets and guns cost about 1 USD each on brickarms. You could probably get 5 USD per minifig if you're smart about it.

On BrickLink, an Electro-MOC Diesel HUMVEE MOC is $29.99, then shipping is $22.75. I need to find UK based stores for cheaper delivery costs. Same with modern warfare minifigures.

UnitedBricks.com seems like a good store actually, checking that out.

I would agree with Robianco, if you are in the UK, and price is your sticking point, the best quality and price are those found at minifigures.co.uk. I have bought the ones from MinifigsRUs and they are great quality for the price.

If you were in the US or didn't mind paying for overseas shipping, I would also echo his choice with Citizen Brick or Brickmania, both are great pad printed WW2 and Modern Military figs.
