Why the holy trinity of booze, women and gambling, of course!

Charlatan Bay is a developing freetrader settlement, so while there's booze, other forms of entertainment are still in short supply.

Many freetraders, independant contractors, information merchants and other good citizens of the settlement flock to this little gaming house, at all hours of the day, to indulge in one of life's favourite vices.

Which explains why business is always brisk at the Lucky Lamprey.

Some more variation in the headgear might have improved the scene, or is that the unofficial uniform of the freetraders?
