If anyone's interested while we wait for the NY Toy Fair news...the Funko stuff is already up on their site including a Spider-Man in his homemade suit with the goggles. I'm getting hopeful. :)

Given that it's less likely we'll see Homecoming and Ragnarok sets, does the price range only reflect sets up till GotG2 (which would be referring to the Milano)? If the most expensive Homecoming/Ragnarok is $50 as well, that'll be good to hear for my wallet :tongue:

Make sense just like what they announce in DC's part. Well, looking at the boxes 2 SM:H sets will be $19.99 and $29.99 as for the Thor ones it's identical in size.

Heading to the Lego Store tomorrow to pick up all the new GotG sets and the Batman polybag! Super excited to build the new Milano because I love the cockpit, but I'm really cooling on the rest of it. Also can't wait for all the figures! Although I am a bit disappointed in the lack of a location based set.

So I picked up all the sets except the boring ones (The Milano and the Hulk Monster Truck Thing)...

Mantis' hair mold is really rubbery. Also I don't like the new Ironman mask at all. I think that it works well for Justin Hammer and the Adaptoid, but for Ironman, I think I've just become too attached to the original one.

Still over all love the sets!

For those lucky few in this topic, or who notice this while browsing... Toyark will apparently be involved in a ' special LEGO breakfast that is planned for February 18th 2017 between 7-9AM'

They mentioned Marvel & DC Lego specifically, meaning they could be where our first images appear of Spider-man Homecoming or Thor Ragnarok sets if they are going to be revealed at NYTF.

Just realized that Star-Lord doesn't come with the yellow booster pieces in either of the sets he appears in. Not a big deal but just thought I'd point it out.

I don't think they'll show Ragnorak sets at NYTF. They say $50 is the highest priced set but I thught it was confirmed that the biggest Ragnorak set will be over $50. I do think they'll show Homecoming sets but again this is just what I think - I don't know anything about it.

Pretty sure the price mentioned includes all the sets from all the ranges mentioned in the release section.   That doesn't mean theyll show them necessarily, but it means that's the top price. As i understand it.

You think so? Is there a chance they just show the figs but not the whole set? Btw, Hi I'm a fan!

Just a question, who confirms that the Thor: Ragnarok sets will be over $50? Thanks

There's no way Marvel will allow them to show toys based on Thor 3 , when the trailer hasn't been released yet. And while nothing has been stated about prices, both sets descriptions indicate that sets will be fairly large. My guess Gladiator Arena set 50-60$ , Ship set 70-80$.

They might just show blank boxes like they did before. It just doesn't make sense for the first look at the movie to be through toys and not trailer.

The prices listed on the press release very likely refer to the GOTG Volume 2 sets specifically, given the amount of those sets was not revealed in the press release and as such they will likely be unvieled as a 'new thing' at NYTF even though they've been released at this stage.

While these could be the prices for the whole wave, it contradicts the information we've heard of previously so we cant really jump to conclusions just yet. We'll hopefully find out today though.

Press release does not straight-up mention we'll see them. It just confirms they will be released.
I and others hope they reveal the sets anyway.

We've seen the box sizes via https://www.promobricks.de/

As such i think it is quite possible that both the Thor sets are $49.99 OR $44.99 and $49.99 given they are identically sized.

We may be heavily over-estimating the size/scale of the Gladiator Arena and Ship set.

Well it sounds like it could be quite disappointing then.  How can you have a ship for $49.99 and be happy with it?  Sounds just like the new Milano to me.:look:

I would expect it to be based on the Asgardian longboat design unless Hela has her own unique ship;

Which would mean the set would basically be a heavily trimmed down version of the Destiny's Bounty;

Cut down the figures, remove the mast and a bunch of details and you'd have the Asgardian Longboat.

Yup, no one knows. Probably we're just thinking that big. But as far as I know. We'll just waiting for an hour for then to be revealed? Is that correct?

They said it will be 7am NY time right?

"Toyark.com will be covering the special LEGO breakfast that is planned for February 18th 2017 between 7-9AM."

Its currently 7:28AM NY time.

Unfortunately a 'Special Lego Breakfast' will probably be an actual breakfast followed by seeing the sets potentially before the opening.

It opens officially at 9AM so about 1hr 30mins left, however as kastorskorner has posted, we now have images... so YEE
