How much do the Ragnarok MCU characters look similar to the comic variants? I believe Valkyrie changed skin color, right? These sets sound promising i'll have to agree. I saw Dr. Strange yesterday, and am hyped for Ragnarok right now lol

In the LEGO Batman movie line, the Riddler set offers 5 minifigures for the price of £30, so there's still some optimism

Good point! But I expect these sets to be super expensive. Also, i assume one of the Ragnarok sets will be 76088. That must mean that the other is an exclusive. But we wouldn't have info on a exclusive set this early on...

Not trying to flatter myself too much, but keep in mind that I've been able to get info on exclusive sets early before too. Ra's set, Penguin car, and the WW set are to name a few.

Thanks for the info, Delta! Any info on what the Thor ship looks like? Something like this (from Thor 2), perhaps?

These new sets sound extremely promising. It's the first time we're getting Thor-based sets, I can't wait!

Thank you for posting correct news, Delta. Really appreciate that you care about your integrity and not putting stuff out that's completely false. As that was and still seems to be an issue. 

As for all this exciting news of sets? I say it's about time we've gotten Thor based sets. Seems like we're getting a lot of love for one of the more underappreciated Avengers. Excited for the people who were annoyed Thor didn't get a proper helmet mold. I probably say this every year, but this wave could be something special.

Yea, not to mention birds with big wingspans sure do give me a shock. Especially if they're vultures, those things got HUGE wings. Just swoop you right up.

Unfortunately I think both Marvel and DC sets of late have been mediocre - with the exception of the minifigures, I wonder why Lego just don't produce a couple of Minifigure series for both - like they're doing for the Lego Batman movie.

I think the lego batman sets have been stellar, though I do agree that most Marvel and dc sets have been mediocre

True, but let's be honest: the whole Superhero themes focuses on the (mini)figures. They can put any kind of build in a set, but if the figs are good, and they are, then people will buy it anyway. 

I help Lego in this quest as I buy sets for the figs and part out the set. Last week I bought the Avenjet because of the 5 exclusive figs. Didn't want to at first, but Bricklinking those 5 figs will cost me around €40 without shipment. Would rather have 500+ parts for €10-20 extra.

I agree about DC, but Marvel? Just in 2016 we had sets like Superhero Airport Battle, Bridge Battle and Ghost rider sets! Sure there were mediocre sets like Crossbones, Avenjet and Black Panther Jet, but there were great sets this year. Hope 2017 sets will be great!
