Nice work! I'm trying to figure out the SF TIE fighter micro from the game, looks pretty cool. Hope they release some of these sets

Sadly it uses 2x2 wedge plates that dont exist in lbg. You couldmake the OT version though.

I recently bought the New blue TFA X-Wing and I wanted to add the turret to the bottom of mine, and I saw that MilkPls69 replicated it, but I'm not quite sure what these two pieces are in the build? Could anyone help me out here? Thx! what is the part circled in red? Also is the green part a stud or some other piece?

The other part is just a stud.

I thought that too but it doesn't look right in LDD, I don't think that is the part. The problem though it's that I don't know of any 1x2 Lego piece that has studs on every side. maybe it's just a made up part just for the game but then how did MilkPls69 get it to look 100% accurate?

If you notice on MilkPls69's second design it is actually missing the grille tile, because he most likely used two modified 1 x 1 bricks, with studs on all sides, which is half a plate too wide for the tile to connect—and if you observe closely the modified brick on the game version it is of the same design, yet supersedes the impossible connection for the grille tile.

Are you guys sure it uses two of those bricks? I'm not seeing a stud behind the grille on the rear one in the screenshot. I'm pretty sure it's built like this:

The rear brick only has studs on two sides, and one of the studs with a hole in the middle is used to hold the globe piece. (And all these pieces are available in black, according to BL.) Exploded:

Hmm, I guess I was overly concerned that the tile wouldn't be securely connected to the cannon if by only one stud, therefore assumed that the other stud was hidden from the glare of the lighting. Though I knew for sure that a globe element was use on the back instead of the lever base!

Great work brick detectives!

Thanks so much! That looks exactly like in the game! Genius! Now I can build it IRL and put it on my x-wing.

I was looking at a few more of the microfighter builds and there's a few that have parts that aren't available in that particular colour in real lego, also some of the build techniques would not be very sturdy. They also don't always stick to the 12 stud max dimension either but I guess that's forgivable. Anyway, I'm going to try and build up a version of the MF Resistance Transporter in real bricks but will probably adapt the design a bit.

Hi, as a side project i am personally building the main "Hub-world" from LSW TFA the D'Quarr resistance base completely out of lego in minifig scale (In LDD).

I have already gotten quite far and would be happy to collaborate if anyone would be up for that. :D
I worked out the measurements of the map, based upon the roadblock pieces along the main air-strip (8 Bricks long each) which is the same as the tiles of this main airstrip.
I have built a few of the assets from the map, but it still needs a lot of work, mainly terraforming and building more of the brick built assets.
the only issue is that i'm at around 12'000 bricks and roughly 40% done. so a lot of optimisation of pieces used is in order.

(PS This is a WIP & I build in LDD Extended mode, then colour all the bricks later, that's why things may be red at the moment.)

Hope anyone is interested in this project. PM me if you are!

There are still Parts missing and i think this Rifle doesn`t exist in this Form in RL.It`s missing one Clip (that Thing where you can clip in various Objects...)

That rifle exists. It was in the Lego Dino theme from a few years ago.  Used as a tranquilizer gun. Not sure if it ever came in black, though.

I've reconstructed the Flametrooper's D-93 Incinerator.

What it looks like in-game:

What my version looks like:

In the end it was almost exactly game-accurate (in-game there is a piece between the binocular piece and the stud gun, in LDD/real life that piece doesn't exist).

I think you are right, I have only ever seen it in gun metal grey. Looking at the parts dealer I got it from they have no listing for it in black.

Shame cause that looks like a promising build technique for that particular heavy blaster. Maybe we will get something like it in the future.

Is there anywhere I can get these LDD files?

maybe people could put links to mecabricks files?

I have always been fascinated with the in game props and models, so I have a couple already reverse engineered in LDD, including the resistance troop transport (which has pieces in colors that are not available).

I've also made the FWMB-10 repeating blaster in LDD

When I load these in LDD it says 3 bricks weren't placed correctly.

I did the Sterdic Star Microfighter, planning on doing a bunch of others as well

Will you be posting the LDD for this?  It's perfect!  I am in love with the Microfighter line, and small scale capital ships, so it's a double win for me.
