August 18, 20168 yr the pendular steering axle is more ore less working, but it needs some tuning on the mudguard mount
August 18, 20168 yr That looks really good Effe, what about to put the mudguards one stud further from the chassis?
August 18, 20168 yr the problem is not the mudguard itself, the grey perpendicular connector is touching the lime 3x7 panel with the Claas xerion sticker
August 19, 20168 yr I know this probably isn't the right place for this but hey ho. UK buyers wanting a(nother) 42054 go to Tesco Direct they have it for £90. Use code TDX-TNMP and save another £10. http://www.tesco.com/direct/lego-technic-claas-xerion-5000-trac-vc-42054/310-9532.prd?skuId=310-9532&pageLevel=sku Hope this helps some of you.
August 19, 20168 yr No surprises that you're the one to spot the bargain first Grum I got it a fortnight ago for £90, if only I had waited I could have saved another tenner... Actually, if I hadn't bought one already I'd be tempted to get two copies and use the £20 off code (TDX-WYMJ). It's still £80 each, but it would be a quick and easy way to get another set of the tyres, red rims and lime pieces.
August 19, 20168 yr It looks very good Effe, maybe you could change the gray angled connector with a black one, so it would match the mudguard perfectly.
August 19, 20168 yr i have choosed the grey one to make it better visible on the pictures. the final one will be black

I don't think stocks will last long though.
August 20, 20168 yr What do you think about this mudguard? http://www.doktor-brick.de/index.php/Attachment/17890-pendelachse-lxf/
August 20, 20168 yr What do you think about this mudguard? Looks good, but note that by eliminating the half stud offset of the original, your fender will probably touch the chassis (the ladder and/or fuel tank part of it) at full lock. I have run into this problem while tying to fix the rubbing of the tires when the Xerion is driven backwards.
August 20, 20168 yr What do you think about this mudguard? I think it looks more realistic and the 1/2 stud offset is still there, its just moved directly to the axle
August 21, 20168 yr Author I built a Table Saw using the rear mechanism of the Silage Plow! http://www.brickshel...54_tablesaw.lxf
August 21, 20168 yr He effe, is there a chance on a complete new LDD when you finished all your mods??
August 21, 20168 yr Unless you glue the blue pins at the end of the 13 Long white beam, won't the cutting blade jiggle up and down as the PTO rotates?
August 21, 20168 yr Author Unless you glue the blue pins at the end of the 13 Long white beam, won't the cutting blade jiggle up and down as the PTO rotates? In my theory, it won't. Still waiting to get my hands on that set!
August 21, 20168 yr Dafgek, this will happen for sure when i have tested it in real Can't wait to see it. And can't wait to get my hands on this set and the Volvo set.
