August 24, 20168 yr For the RC tracked racer, what about using a similar setup with the RC track turbo's integrated PF package, that could keep the price low enough for a decent tracked vehicle and introduce new PF elements. That set only costed $39.99. I could see it being possible to build barebones chassis with an extra 350-450 parts. Edited August 24, 20168 yr by Tommy Styrvoky

That set only costed $39.99 True and would be great if they made something like this again, but with PF 2.0 coming out soon, why make something new for PF 1.0? Just joking, I was thinking the same thing when I saw the price and "RC" in the same line.

I have that part and it is terrible, it only runs on 4.5v and the steering is incredibly weak
August 24, 20168 yr I mean possibly a new dual motor setup with IR reciever and built in battery compartment, basically just the drive motors, minus the steering. I have that part and it is terrible, it only runs on 4.5v and the steering is incredibly weak is the power output to the rear wheels weak too? or is it high rpm and low Ncm.
August 24, 20168 yr is the power output to the rear wheels weak too? or is it high rpm and low Ncm. both, it does not have much torque and spins at about half the M-motors speed. Also it does not have a differential and the front wheel hubs squeak.

August 24, 20168 yr The vehicle it powered wasn't particularly big, almost minifigure-scale: im pretty sure its vehicles it powered as it comes in 2 sets
August 24, 20168 yr im pretty sure its vehicles it powered as it comes in 2 sets *snip* The same for the other set (which BTW came with two bodies and one rc chassis piece):
August 24, 20168 yr I have the base and while it is not the best, it is a great way to RC some creator sets (like the new motor home!) so it has its uses :)

August 26, 20168 yr I do believe I got that set and the older 6649 sweeper as well. This was my first lego set ever. LOL
August 26, 20168 yr Yet another helicopter? Whoopee. That's a whopping SIX since 2010, not counting B-models. If I really liked helicopters, I'd be ecstatic, but... sigh.

August 27, 20168 yr All those helicopters since 2010 and not one with a cyclic control, only one with (a mechanically unrealistic) collective pitch control, non with pitch control on the tail rotor. I doubt we'll get any of that in a first wave helicopter unless it's a first half flagship, but still I would love to see another helicopter is it did have these functions, and maybe even some form of flex or cable system?! August 27, 20168 yr I wish the '17 line won't have color vomit, I need the 11l axle in LBG... get it on bricklink! also i was watching this video of pf 2.0 so maybe lego technic pf 2.0 is something like this? Edited August 27, 20168 yr by legotechnicisawesome
August 28, 20168 yr 11L axle is currently available in Yellow only. thats odd, im pretty sure i have a gray one...
August 28, 20168 yr As far as I'm aware of, the 11L axle was introduced this year and only in yellow.
