Russian word "поиск" means "search", but "поисковый корабль" should be translated as "rescue ship", not a searching or researching. In any case - where is the origin of Russian set names?

So the list originated in English, then it got translated to Russian and after that we were drawing conclusions and speculating that the English names weren't correct, based on the Russian names

meanwhile volunteer can translate Russian version into, lets say, Finnish, then to Polish, then to Hebrew, then to Spanish, then to Japanese, then to Flemish and back to English. I am sure there will be much more distilled information available afterwards.

my guess is that the tracked racer was orignaly "track racer" then they used google translate which did a poor job converting it then when converted back to english its tracked racer?

as container transport, I would wish for harbour crane on the rail. rails! And for H2 (or 2018) railway set. proper technic train - never been done before.

well if the truck was quite large and white it would not be boring for me as im making a merc sprinter (about 2 feet long) and the white parts would come in handy!

Just a little more speculation from a native Russian speaker POV. 42060 "Автомобиль для уборки улиц" for me usually refers to the larger truck-mounted things (like MrTekneex's Street Sweeper MOC — http://mrtekneex.altervista.org/streetsweeper.html). But the 20 price point doesn't warrant a large truck. I hope the Russian name is misleading and we get a compact street sweeper like this: http://binacitra.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/CityCat-1000.jpg (and yes I love these little things ;), but I'm a bit afraid TLC will give us something micro-scale like 42031 Cherry Picker, which would be very sad for me. :(

or it could be based on 42035 mining truck tires
