There are trial versions which let's you test it for free (with some restrictions of course), full version of Vue Easel (the simplest Vue version) costs 89 USD, or 63.06 EUR, price in euros does not include VAT. That's if you download it from their online store, with shipping the prices are of course higher.

April 13, 200816 yr Great! I've just been using these, and I was wondering how exactly you tell Vue to create them; do you have objects that you can position (sun, land) and textures, or do you have to tell it to use different filters in different areas?
