Mosana Posted January 4, 2008 Posted January 4, 2008 Not really an area I'm familiar with, but here's a WWII German If/when I get round to doing those Russian naval ones they'll go here I'll take requests and etc Quote
Eurobricks Emperor Bonaparte Posted January 5, 2008 Eurobricks Emperor Posted January 5, 2008 A nice one Mosana! Will you do the entire Germain army of WW2? Good to see you explore these different time periods. Quote
Mosana Posted January 5, 2008 Author Posted January 5, 2008 I'd like to, but whether I'll get round to it is the question. This applies for everything I do, I suppose. Quote
Mosana Posted January 5, 2008 Author Posted January 5, 2008 (edited) Disregard my first post These look similar but have Important Changes M36 Tunic: M40 Tunic: M41 Tunic: The M-year thing refers to the year they were first issued The shoulder straps are white, and by white I mean light grey, for infantry, but can be changed to: Green (Motorcycles -1942) Red (Artillery/assault guns) Orange-red (Military police) Black (Engineers) Light green (Jaeger) Gold (Cavalry) Copper-brown (Motorised recon -1943) Yellow (Signals) Light blue (Transportation) Dark blue (Medical) Pink (Panzer) Edited January 5, 2008 by Mosana Quote
El Bucanero Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 Those look good Mosana. :-) You seem quite versatile *y* Are the ones you made so far all WWII Germans? Quote
iamded Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 Nice decals! Good to see they're not fleshies! ;-) ~Peace Quote
Mosana Posted January 11, 2008 Author Posted January 11, 2008 Regrettably, life, as it tends to do, has intervened somewhat, leaving me with little time for stuff. Just to remind you all I'm not dead, here's "daily" from the bottom of column 2 of http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/wor...avy-uniform.htm Quote
Shadows Posted January 11, 2008 Posted January 11, 2008 These are very nicely done and could be quite useful in the new Indy line. Would you consider fleshie versions for that purpose? (and to make iamded squirm) :-P Quote
SirNadroj Posted January 11, 2008 Posted January 11, 2008 WOW! Spledid job as always! I'd love to see more ~ these will prove useful with Indy sets! *wub* Quote
Opproperaar Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 (edited) Wow, thanks mosana. It's simpeler than I would've expected but that's what adds so much more to this outfit. I can happily use it for my Sovjet captain now why at the same time somebody else might use it for the Indy sets or in the Town theme. Very versatile indeed. Now where's my hat? :-P :-D ... Just kidding, great work. *y* keep it up Edited January 13, 2008 by Hairy Ruben Quote
Mosana Posted February 8, 2008 Author Posted February 8, 2008 (edited) Sorry you've had to wait so long for the rest of these I've been very busy with school and etc Ceremonial/Daily for the system and out of the system Daily out of the system Ceremonial for the system and out of the system Summer form of the clothing of officers, Warrant Officers and ensigns VMF Also, in a rather belated answer to the flesh-tone question, if you can get me a square or whatever of fleshtone colour I can do flesh versions of these. Wouwie Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 I like them! Maybe i'm going to use them in my WWII MOC's. The shoulder straps are white, and by white I mean light grey, for infantry, but can be changed to:Green (Motorcycles -1942) Red (Artillery/assault guns) Orange-red (Military police) Black (Engineers) Light green (Jaeger) Gold (Cavalry) Copper-brown (Motorised recon -1943) Yellow (Signals) Light blue (Transportation) Dark blue (Medical) Pink (Panzer) What does exactly needs to be coloured?
