jorgeopesi Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 This looks great, can't wait to see the whole thing. I agree, all of us we have 1 or 2 when we are kids and I think nobody knows what they do it exactly. Quote
grum64 Posted September 6, 2016 Posted September 6, 2016 This looks great so far. I've a soft spot for these machines as my Dad drove one in the '70's. I look forward to seeing the finished build. Quote
juGSI16V Posted September 6, 2016 Author Posted September 6, 2016 (edited) Thanks, i work on it every evening. In the reality, this machine serves to scrape the ground, transport it, and dump it somewhere else. More photo of interior of the scraper: Edited September 25, 2016 by juGSI16V Quote
roppie11 Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 that is a very cool creation. Also very unusual (and thats a compliment ) The looks are good too! Quote
Legorigs Posted September 7, 2016 Posted September 7, 2016 Nice job so far. I've been building a scraper myself. Impressive machines. IMG_7895 by Legorigs, on Flickr Quote
brickless_kiwi Posted September 8, 2016 Posted September 8, 2016 I will be following this build closely as I like it very much, but also I have wanted a motor scaper build for a long time to add to the construction machines please keep up the photos and build.. Quote

juGSI16V Posted September 8, 2016 Author Posted September 8, 2016 (edited) I just have finished the front on LDD I found parts and I build : Edited September 25, 2016 by juGSI16V Quote
juGSI16V Posted September 11, 2016 Author Posted September 11, 2016 (edited) I moved forward in the construction It was necessary to put the compressor and the air tank in the tractor, Because the weight has been fatal for the collar of swan Edited September 25, 2016 by juGSI16V Quote
2LegoOrNot2Lego... Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 (edited) Nice progress...it coming along pretty well! Are you sure the proportions are correct, to me it seems like the part in front of the front wheels is way to long. This makes the whole front part way to long compared to the whole rear section... ScaleCarModels Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Looks great, scrapers IMO are one of the hardest pieces of equipment to model in Technic. Quote
juGSI16V Posted September 12, 2016 Author Posted September 12, 2016 (edited) Thanks everybody Nice progress...it coming along pretty well! Thanks. The front is to long, because I have the battery box under the 6L. I can lengthen the bucket Edited September 25, 2016 by juGSI16V Quote
Maaboo the Witch Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Brilliant work! There aren't enough Technic scrapers. Quote
juGSI16V Posted September 14, 2016 Author Posted September 14, 2016 (edited) I have rebuild my collar of swan, it's more solid I have rebuild my bucket, it's more pretty: and I finished the tractor : Edited September 25, 2016 by juGSI16V Quote
KikoTube Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 Simply Amazing  I would like to see a Video about the functions Quote
Legorigs Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 (edited) Great work so far. In my opinion the neck of the swan on the side of the bowl could be a bit longer and I think you need some more room for the apron. In the neck there's also a hydraulic boom that can open and close the apron. See B in the first image. Second image shows the working of boom and apron. Edited September 15, 2016 by Legorigs Quote
jorgeopesi Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 I like those drawings I learn a lot, I wonder who had the first idea for scraper. Quote
Kristof Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 Haha, that would be interesing to know. As a hobbyist woodworker, I instantly see the handplane in it :) the idea beneath is the very same. Perhaps some heavy equipment engineer held a handplane one day and went like - hey, why wouldn't we use these to plain the ground :D Quote

But unfortunately I have no more pneumatic cylinder to build Apron. I can't extend the neck of the swan on the side of the bowl, because pneumatic cylinder (who raised and lowered the bowl) were to short. The scraper are finished to 95%.: Edited September 25, 2016 by juGSI16V Quote
jorgeopesi Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 IMO I would put all switches together, I mean in the same place, but anyway it looks very good. Blue tube is Lego of course but I preffer the black one because gives more realistic look. Quote
