You can change your timezone in your profile settings; I just set mine to the zone an hour behind mine.

I know about all of that, I think that's what I've already done. It goes out again possibly due to daylight savings being applied at the wrong time of year.

Will the new upgrade address the issue of someone accidentally leaving a conversation in the PM threads, since there is no way to currently re-invite them back?

It has been mobile friendly for quite some time.

I've never had a problem accessing the site with an iPhone. It's quite a good experience actually and has always been very stable.

The forums don't seem to have their custom skins on mobile, but that doesn't make or break my experience.

Yeah, the mobile version is fine. And switching between the two is very simple.

And it seems like yesterday when the site was renewed. I either cant remember how the previous ones looked like, I'm so used to this current one. Well, lets hope everything goes as planned.
