September 25, 20168 yr Great rendition of a classic scene! Great job on the Alien figure, by the way. Although the purple belt is a little out of place, I think the figure works great and I love it!
September 25, 20168 yr Nice scene overall with the lighting and such, and I must say that the alien at that scale is nicely done. And about the purple belt... maybe that xenomorph just likes to accessorize!

But, in counterpart, that print gives to the torso a more twisted look, more "Gigerian". If it were in dark grey it would be perfect. But as I said, If you want to recreate it and have a black skelleton, is a better option. I'm even thinking about ordering one, they only cost 0,30cent. in B&P.

Yes, if you have that available it would probably look that much better, but it's great as-is for a purist xenomorph at minifig scale.
September 27, 20168 yr This looks insanely cool ! My I suggest to have a look at my Alien http://bricksafe.com/files/m2m/aliens/Alien_Vignette.lxf ? I think it looks quite cool in your awesome vignette and I would happy to see it come to life in real :)

Too much to say no. 18 hours ago, M2m said: This looks insanely cool ! My I suggest to have a look at my Alien http://bricksafe.com/files/m2m/aliens/Alien_Vignette.lxf ? I think it looks quite cool in your awesome vignette and I would happy to see it come to life in real :) I like the tail, but it looks a little "bug", skinny. It reminds me to the alien from Alien 3. By the way, I really really like your Ellen Ripley. I didn't know about that hair, and the blue torso is really great.
October 1, 20168 yr On topic; love the vignette, just instantly recognisable! Such atmosphere! Great work on the figs; ripley & xenomorph, you could always remove the purple belt with some Brasso btw. Would love to see some flames out of Ripley's Flamethrower though, maybe add Newt or Bishop?
