As far as I can can tell, only the tiger suit has been released by lego.  

That design is by Leyilebrick, wich is at 15$. White Iron Fist. 

I supose steal designs from Leyile is easy because it is en China. Sending is very cheap, but only i supose that.

Since DLP steal all spiderman designs from Leyile, other brands are usin his designs. Batman, wolverine, inhumans. 

At least all entire catalog will be bootleged.

Definitely, although having seen JLB and LEBQ figures in person I can never rule it out xD

Btw I thought the new Pogo figures were Lego Batman movie, but am now thinking some of them aren't

As the Comissioner Gordon has white skin and looks like the classic incarnation, whereas the movie version is either asian or mixed race.

And the new penguin looks a lot like penguin from the original Batman returns movie!

Admittedly the both look to be the same design differing in the colour of the jacket and hat vs hair.

the PG 168 Riddler looks like its meant to be the Arkham version.

They are all alternative design versions from the making of book

Definitely, but both are a different version than the figure which came in the Official collectable minifigure collection I meant :)

Ah, that would definitely suggest drawing on different inspirations. Which is good, as too many Batman variations suit variations is beginning to bore me a bit.

Anyone know what 405 and 407 are based on?

I'm assuming 405 is the Injustice Gods Among Us series although I'm not too sure about that particular design.

I've seen Damian Wayne as Batman from a comic and he wore an overcoat with upturned collars so I'm assuming this is meant to represent that.

Apparently they're both LeYiLe designs too - just very new ones that I hadn't seen before.

If I was to hazard a guess I'd say it was based on one of the Arkham game suits.

Also today got deathstroke wm31 , he is a bit different to sy295. Wm31 has a gold head, sy295 has orange. Also the helmet and armour are both different.  The base stand it comes with says 'ly world minifigures'
