I've got both these figures somewhere, but here's the render of Dargo and a pic of the SY one from an AE seller.

Found them! SY on the left, Dargo on the right.

thanks guys. check out the muscles on the sy one, i bet he has a great lateral jump. the dargo fig imo is a little better, but isn't that much of an improvement...

Changed tentacles on the sy one... Probably will also erase muscles on legs.

 

Never saw the dargo one on sigle sale and had no interest on the other three figures on the set

Just doing some research trying to find what the Dargo version is based on? Any ideas? The logo's the wrong shape.

The SY figure is an Onlinesailin design.

As for the Batman hall of costumes, french MOCer Poyou has included one in his Batcave 2.0 using display cases:

Poyou did a great job on that batcave but this is not exactly what I want to do with mine. this is great for display purposes but don't have much playability. I thought to do something closer to what we can see in the batman movie trailer.

Phoenix has the correct logo. Dargo just seemed to taken a standard Spidey design and dumped it on a black/red background.

Thanks for mentioning this one though, as I don't have it on my list of Phoenix figures since it's retired. I think we all benefit greatly on here from your custom knowledge.

The reptile figure I definitely want but to buy that whole Bozhi set is almost £20. I can't justify that for one figure as all the others are easily available.

I also think it isn't that good of a representation of the Lizard. If you can find it in single sale then i would buy, but risk 20 pounds is a big risk if you ask me.

I know :) I didn't mean "They" (DLP) as in "DLP are awesome".... I meant "They" (The figures) as in "The figures are awesome"

so my sentence with extra info in brackets:

They (The figures) are awesome (as a product) for recreating Spiderverse though (which they all featured in, and was an amazing crossover)

I've messaged dnodar/dnrubio, as I notice he hasn't been on EB since the old thread closed. Maybe they're not aware of this new one?

I made a MOC black suit Spidey using a Venom minifigure and a Poppunkmunky head (only $3.30 + shipping). I also have a MOC Bombastic Bagman using a leftover Fantastic Four torso & legs plus an official brown bag piece for the head. If I could choose a set of the next 8 variants, it would be Captain Universe, 1602, 2211, Spider-Punk, SP//dr, Prince Arachne, wrestler, and AMP (Annie May Parker, Spidey's daughter). And I totally forgot about Spider-Ham, but now I DEFINITELY want that as well.  (Can I include Gwenom and Gwenpool here, as well?)

Ha... Thanks for that. I could have photographed it for you but I sold my one when I got out of Marvel stuff. I will endeavour to keep up to date with custom figs... and continue to hide them from my wife at the same time...

I've found a pic. It's knowing what to search for that's the problem. I can't afford to buy many customs but it nice to keep an eye on them as so many end up as bootlegs.

True... I think DLP can print some really nice figures but they sometimes choose the wrong things to clone. 

They need to stop looking at figures from SGP and Penzore and more at Christo if they want to see how things should look.

I've said it before but I do think SY's clone of Phoenix's Arachnid Hero is one of the best Spider-Man figures made by anyone... it just goes to show you can have excellent quality figures for very little.

I know a Flickr group was set up to 'give' artwork to these companies and it'd be nice if they did focus on non-releases figures.

I Used this head with a Venom body for my Black suit Spidey. Just used a pencil eraser for that extra bit of white...
