Lego2016Lego Posted November 6, 2016 Author Posted November 6, 2016 Hey guys my foot is almost good and I took some quick pics of my failed jeep body and my jeep chassis. Quote
Lego2016Lego Posted December 9, 2016 Author Posted December 9, 2016 Sorry I haven't posted in forever but I have been moving and have been busy. I am going to start on a creation soon (maybe a f1 car?) here are some pics of my room. Closet Room Quote

Any idea if you're going to base it off a real life F1 or like 8641 and 42000 or design your own? I think I will take a pic of a real one off the internet and base it off of that. Quote

Lego2016Lego Posted January 26, 2017 Author Posted January 26, 2017 Hi everyone! I haven't posted in a long time so I want to show you something I am building. it is not done I need to build the body but here is the chasse. The body is going to be based of off this: Here is the video: (click on it) Quote
offroadcreations Posted January 26, 2017 Posted January 26, 2017 It looks good so far, but I think you should make the tires the same size for the whole truck. Also, will it be yellow? Quote

JJ2 Posted January 26, 2017 Posted January 26, 2017 Sorry to be mean but this is very unrealistic, the JK8 from what I can tell is basically a Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep Wrangler has a 4x4 drive with live axles, not independent or pendular. Here is the front axle (Left( and the rear (Right) I would recommend trying to rebuild the suspension to make it more realistic. Quote
Lego2016Lego Posted January 26, 2017 Author Posted January 26, 2017 I see what you mean but I cant add 4x4 because it is so small. Quote
Victor Imaginator Posted January 26, 2017 Posted January 26, 2017 But there's already live axles in this WIP. Quote
Lego2016Lego Posted January 26, 2017 Author Posted January 26, 2017 I will just make a sport jeep then I don't need to change the suspension. Quote

Lego2016Lego Posted January 26, 2017 Author Posted January 26, 2017 My wheels will not fit on the connecters in the video. plus, I have made a lot of 4x4, 6x6, and 8x8. I want to make a 2x4 for once. Quote
Myers Lego Technic Posted January 27, 2017 Posted January 27, 2017 (edited) Looking good @Lego2016Lego, I like your ideas. I agree on a mild suspensionredisign though... :) BTW I have been working on a little off-roader for A few days, I thought you might get some inspiration from it. Lego2016Lego Posted February 1, 2017 Author Posted February 1, 2017 Hi everyone, I need help. I need to make a live axle front suspension with a differential. It needs to be 15 studs wide or less. Quote
Myers Lego Technic Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 how about something like this? 13 studs wide. Quote
Lego2016Lego Posted February 1, 2017 Author Posted February 1, 2017 Looks nice, do you have instructions? Quote
Myers Lego Technic Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 That not the strongest option and it isnt one of mine. I will get you a LDD of one of mine in a second. Quote
Myers Lego Technic Posted February 1, 2017 Posted February 1, 2017 hmm,the LDD wont load up, it has gone corrupt. There are lots of good live axles in the suspension topic though! Quote
