This is really great! Certainly easier to find a place to display and lots less costly.

Its a Technic disc 2958 placed on some technic connectors. I must warn if you're going to build this: The rotating front gear is not yet available in yellow.

But you can always build my nanoscale version of the same set:

Thank you very much for the detailed information and for the alternative model. Anyway I was referring to the truck next to the excavator.

Ahhh... sorry, sometimes I cannot read... The truck base is a 2L liftarm with 4 round plates, the transparent slope and with tooth are not connected to the base at all.

Can you show pics of all sides? Share build steps? I want to make one. 

Also what is the piece number for the yellow bucket wheel?

Looks like part 41530: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=41530#T=C but this has never been produced in yellow, looks like you'd need to spray paint it.
