Connect-A-Owen4000 Posted February 13, 2011 Posted February 13, 2011 Maybe LEGO Looney Toons or Scooby-Doo? Quote
Miss Kyle Posted February 14, 2011 Posted February 14, 2011 Personally, I'd like a Plants Vs. Zombies theme. THIS!!! I'd also go for Final Fantasy, and hell, I want my Batman back. Quote
Geki Brick Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 I think it may be a bit too late for LEGO to start licensing cartoons that were popular in the 90s >:( Quote
Tamamono Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 I, for one, would love a Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic theme! Escape from the Endar Spire: $5.99 USD It could include Carth Onasi an escape pod similar to the one in 7106. The Tainted Grove: $14.99 USD It could include a small, brick-built grove (12x12 maybe?), Juhani, and a Kath Hound. The Hrakert Rift: $19.99 USD It could have a Star Map, various Kolto harvesting machines, two Selkath (with new head molds! ), and Revan in an Environment Suit. Taris Swoop Race: $29.99 USD It could include Revan's swoop bike, an announcers booth, two Black Vulkars, a Duros race announcer, and Revan The Shadowlands: $29.99 USD It could include three trees, Jolee Bindo's hut, Jolee Bindo, two Wookies, and Revan. Krayt Dragon Encounter: $39.99 USD It could have a Krayt Dragon, a small cave-like structure, a Bantha, a Tusken Raider, Bastila, Komad Fortuna, and HK-47. The Ebon Hawk: $99.99 USD It could include the Ebon Hawk, Darth Revan (in the Star Forge robes), Carth Onasi, Bastila, T3-M4, Canderous Ordo, Mission Vao, and Zaalbar. Sith Trooper Battle Pack: $11.99 USD It could have 3 normal Sith Troopers, one "elite" red Sith Trooper, and a small carrier vehicle. Republic Battle Pack: $11.99 USD It could have 4 normal Republic Troopers and a small carrier vehicle sort of similar to the one in the Hoth Rebel Battle Pack. Well, there's my two cents! Quote
Sortinghatsmells Posted February 22, 2011 Posted February 22, 2011 Lego Dragonball would be so awesome, I got tons of ideas. TOO MANY TO LIST! There would be so many minifigs. Quote
Miss Kyle Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 I think it may be a bit too late for LEGO to start licensing cartoons that were popular in the 90s >:( Exactly, that's why this is about "Dream Licenses" Quote
Haltiamieli Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 My real dream license is, by no doubt, The Lord of the Rings. But it has been mentioned in this topic and elsewhere for so many times that there's not much to say about it anymore. But one of my other dream licenses is certainly one that nobody has yet mentioned in this topic: Girl Genius. Never gonna happen, of course, but who wouldn't like Lego versions of giant steampunk robots, dirigibles, epic scenes and scantily clad females? Quote
Gregorovich Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 I would love to see a National Treasure theme, as we'd get lots of great new figs, plenty of treasure and maybe some landmarks. Also, I think there's a new film being released next year, which means it could be possible. Quote
Miss Kyle Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 (edited) I would love to see a National Treasure theme, as we'd get lots of great new figs, plenty of treasure and maybe some landmarks. Also, I think there's a new film being released next year, which means it could be possible. YES!!! I'd buy all of it for certain. I love National Treasure :D My other half would be delighted about a Sean Bean minifig. Edited February 25, 2011 by Miss Kyle Quote
starwarsfanatic Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 Doctor Who theme, with Tardis, Sandmine 4, Tomb of the Cybermen and Nerva Beacon sets. Quote
Pandora Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 It was said a long while back in this thread, but I'd love them to make TinTin LEGO. I also remember a fabulous MOC of Snowy/Milou a while back (while I was a lurker.) There are so many stories and characters they could draw on, from so many geographical locations. As a TinTin fan too, it would be a delightful combination for me and really, who wouldn't want a large pointy red and white moon rocket in LEGO? Quote
Silverface Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 I think Lord of the Rings would be nice! I really would like to have a war theme as well, but I know that's not just possible, all those smaller Lego fans... Quote
SimWilliamSparrow Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 LEGO Michael Jackson Bad: Features a simple version of the train station, a Michael Jackson (BAD Outfit) minifigure, Street Dancer(2), Bully (3) Thriller: Features a graveyard like in Voldemort vs Harry or something. With a Michael Jackson (Thriller outfit, doublesided head), Zombie(2), Michael's Date and a werewolf. Beat it: Features a garage or a storage room. Michael Jackson (Beat it outfit), and two gangs with three figs in each gang. Billie Jean: Features the tv-shop or just the lamp post, a walkway that "lights" up and a trashcan. Michael Jackson (Billie Jean outfit), Paparazzi. Remember the Time: Features the trone room. Michael Jackson (Egyptian gold outfit), Pharaoh Ramsès (Eddie Murphy), The Queen (Iman), Two guards and a cat. Billie Jean Live edition: Features a microphone and a little stage. Michael Jackson (Billie Jean, Live version with jacket, glove and hat). Quote
Jareth Posted March 3, 2011 Posted March 3, 2011 My dream theme would be the spiderwick chronicles. Forget the movie, the books are so much better. Sets would mainly be vignettes with two walls, a human figure made of the Knights kingdom line and a minifig sized brownie/fairy/other. Each set would also have a trap door or hiding place for the brownie/fairy. Set 1: Thimbletack's Kitchen: Includes Jared (human) Thimbletack the brownie (minifig) and a two-wall kitchen Set 2: Goblin Attack: Includes Malorie, two brick build goblins and an outer wall vignette. Set 3: The Gryphon: Includes Simon and a brick built Gryphon with a few odds and ends (food bowl, blanket etc) Set 4: The Rescue: Includes A brick built troll, a bridge, two brick built goblins and a goblin camp with cages in trees for Simon, a cat and Hogsqueal the hobgoblin (minifig) Hmm, now that I think about it, it might be better to have humans in the Woody/Jessie size, goblins in the normal minifig line and Brownies and Hobgoblins as a special piece like the new chickens. dragunov Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 A star ocean theme, Just think, Vendeeni, starships, and Fayt (My avatar is of fayt!) Quote
jonwil Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 I would LOVE to see LEGO versions of classic board games (or LEGO games inspired by the classic games) How about a LEGO game inspired by Cluedo and featuring LEGO figs as the protagonists and LEGO accessories as the weapons. There has to be some idea for a LEGO game somehow connected to the Monopoly idea and building stuff. Or something like Mouse Trap with the trap being built from LEGO. Quote
Scorpiox Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Avatar would be cool, new moulds could be things like oxygen masks, heads that make minifigs taller, like frenzy from SP3. Sets could include: RDA battle pack (including AMP suit) Na'vi battle pack Scorpion gunship Well of souls RDA base Lots of potential! Quote
Captain Becker Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 (edited) As Pandora already sayed TinTin and Milou, LOTR and National Treasure are my TOP 3. i would love to see how Lego would make Milou and Haptain Haddog or was it Haddoc, cant never remember Captain Becker EDIT: There was yet one theme wich id like to get, but cant remember now what was it EDIT2: Now i remember, Eragon! I really would love to see Broum, Eragon and Saphira Its one of my favorite book series ever and i cant wait the final book to come. Edited March 10, 2011 by Captain Becker Quote
lightningtiger Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 You know people have been making many suggestions, but forget one thing....what would interest children ? LOTR doesn't interest Lego's key customer.....children, a license for a family/children's film or TV series would be more realistic - in the fact also it must be popular and fall within Lego's own morals....note Indina Jones always avoided the Nazi logos etc.,.....Lego doesn't like modern/20th century warfare ! Maybe shows like Generator Rex, with a mixture of human, alien and machine characters would fit the bill over something like LOTR.....sorry to the fans of LOTR, but not many 10 year olds are into LOTR. Brick On ! Quote

Brick On ! speaking of generator rex, Sym-Bionic Titan would do for a terrific model. I've been slowly putting the titan together in ldd, terrific crazy greebled purple and yellow with a casing of clear panels and canopies... My dream of a Samurai Jack license is unwavering. movie's in the works... Quote
Captain Becker Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Well, if i think childrens... I guess Smurfs? I cant actually figure out anything else, because i dont think at Moomins wouldnt be good either. And besides, we already have quite alot of themes for childrens such as upcoming cars theme And i think POTC theme are one of their favorite as well. Captain Becker Quote

LegoDad42 Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 For children they have to do an entire Marvel Comic line up. Not only would the characters and vehicles, scenes, etc. have kids goin' nuts, but long time Marvel 'zombies' couldn't resist picking up iconic scenes. Who wouldn't love to have the Fantastic Four figs with a Baxter Building...or a huge Galactus brick built fig. to battle. The X-Men figs alone would sell like hot cakes. Quote
Connect-A-Owen4000 Posted March 15, 2011 Posted March 15, 2011 We should get a Lego Super Mario Bros. line. Quote
