Lordofdragonss Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 Title explains it all. I don't know if this has been suggested before, but how about a LEGO Phineas and Ferb? When this happens Im sure to buy CONSTRAUNACTION Perry The Platypus! Quote
johnny cogs Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 I might get laughed out of court here but I would Love to see a "Music Icons" range of minifigs and sets.... Like Jimi and the Experience at Woodstock and/or Isle of White... The Foo Fighters at the O2 in London, or Wembley, The Beatles at The Cavern, Liverpool, or the scene when they first get off the plane in America. Status Quo... (who Laughed???? ;p )or the ultimate... Ozzy and Sabbath!!!! Actually, thinking about it, an Alice Cooper set would be pretty fun too... It's almost non exhaustive!!! ha... Quote

White Cat Posted May 31, 2011 Posted May 31, 2011 Still don't understand why PoP got release but not Tron. Well, for my dream is more super heroes. Be it Marvel or DC, both Spider-Man and Batman fall into my Dark Age so now it become a real issues about pricey . We got Persia, Wild West, Medieval (both human history and fantasy war), a little UK-ish in PoTC, so now I want something Gothic like Devil May Cry , or Renaissance like Assassin's Creed . Quote
Dobby's Sock Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 Avatar Lego..... how awesome would that be? TOTALLY AWESOME!!! Imagine having your own mini Avatar world in your own home! All those little blue creatures running around, along with fantastic plants and amazing creatures, and of course the enemy humans. Loads of sets, small and large, could be made under the topic of Avatar! Fun for everyone, these sets could shake the Lego world, with millions willing to buy them. Avatar Lego could be the next big thing. Quote
David Thomsen Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 Wait, haven't we already had Avatar Lego? Quote
lightningtiger Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 Two things - one - doesn't this go in Dream License topic and two - not the cartoon Avatar but the 3-D James Cameron movie Avatar. I doubt we'll see such a thing unless they make an Avatar 2 or something ! Brick On everyone ! Quote
Dobby's Sock Posted June 11, 2011 Posted June 11, 2011 I don't think 'Avatar' Lego is an official Lego product but people may have made their own Avatar sets out of pieces from other Lego sets. Quote

XimenaPaulina Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 doesn't this go in Dream License topic Yep, merging this with the Dream Licenses topic... Quote
Ogre Posted June 12, 2011 Posted June 12, 2011 James Cameron is working on Avatar 2 & 3 right now, so it's not a far-fetched idea for a licensing tie-in. I've yet to see the first one though, so I can't say whether that would be a good thing, or not. Quote
AnthonyFallen Posted June 14, 2011 Posted June 14, 2011 I would really like a Doctor Who theme! =D I think it could be brilliant to have the TARDIS as the main set, containing the main command room but also featuring an ordinary Police Phone Call box! Awh... A Dalek ship would be pretty great too ^^... I know Doctor Who recently released some "Lego-like" stuff from last season but still, official lego products would be awesome! =D Quote
sputnik16 Posted June 21, 2011 Posted June 21, 2011 lego futurama. after seeing pepaquins futurama creation, i've been dreaming of one Quote
SilvaShado Posted June 22, 2011 Posted June 22, 2011 I know this would be too dark, but I'd love a Sandman series by Neil Gaiman. But I think it comes down to wanting the Endless minifigures. lol. I'd love to see some video game series like Lunar, Dragon Quest, Arc the Lad... but those are classic RPGs. I'm sure if any were done, it'd be Final Fantasy or Halo, but Mass Effect would be cool. Though I lean more towards the fantasy series. Oh, that's it - Lord of the Rings! They so need to do a Lord of the Rings series. I'd finally get all the fantasy creatures and races that I've been craving. Or do a D&D theme. It'd be cool to see Drizzt in minifigure. Another series I'd love to see would be one that is predominately female! lol! I don't have any specific basis in mind, just that it'd be nice if there were more female minifigures that were dominant rather than as accessories to all the males. Okay, enough fantasizing for now... Quote
Fives Posted June 22, 2011 Posted June 22, 2011 Okay, I know I have mentioned this before on this thread (way back sometime), but LEGO Lord of the Rings would be the best. I have been realizing that with the increasing amount of special parts being made in China these days (Jack Sparrow hair, a bunch of the Star Wars parts), that Lord of the Rings could be done REALLY well with just a few new moulds. I have especially been thinking about Gollum and Legolas's hair. Fisrt, I thought Gollum could be done similar to a Battle Droid, but then when the pics of the new Sebulba fig came out, I got thinking that TLG could do somethimg similar to this. So, the official LEGO Gollum would consist of five parts: a body/legs part, two arms with hands like that of a Battle Droid, and two heads. One head would be nice and Smeagol-ish, and the other is evil Gollum. The parts would come in the special little bags, much like General Grievous from last summer. Secondly, I have always wondered how they would pull off the Legolas's long hair falling over his quiver problem. Well, then I thought 'If TLG put Jack Sparrow's hat with his hair as one piece, then why not Elf hair and quiver?' The piece could have the hair and quiver all as one, with sheaths for his knives, much like the POP sword holder. With these, and many other special parts (mostly helmets), LOTR LEGO would be amazing! Quote
The_Chosen_1 Posted June 22, 2011 Posted June 22, 2011 I agree, Lego LOTR would be awesome and very tempting to buy. One of my dream licenses has got to be Superman. Anyone know if Lego still has the license from DC? Or if more Batman might be a possibility? Superman would be a great choice, especially with the upcoming film release. Quote
Aether Fox Posted June 24, 2011 Posted June 24, 2011 I was thinking that the TV show "Wipeout!" (or "Total Wipeout") would make a good Lego series. Each set could be seperate obstacles from the show, so if you get them all, you can create the qualifier, elimination rounds, and Wipeout zone from the show. This also could allow you to set up you own obstacle course by rearranging the sets. Each set could come with simple minifigs (similar to those of City or the Modular Building minifigs) that you could use to compete on your obstacle course! Quote
Hoboman Posted June 25, 2011 Posted June 25, 2011 (edited) I am going to geek out for a moment here. Please forgive.... I would love a Shadowrun Lego series. I would love a Riverworld Lego series. I would love a Robotech Lego series. ok, I am done. Thank You Edited June 25, 2011 by Daniel's Dad Quote

Anyone know if Lego still has the license from DC? Or if more Batman might be a possibility? Superman would be a great choice, especially with the upcoming film release. I don't recall where I read it but, SUPPOSEDLY, LEGO will be re-releasing 'Batman' in 2012, including new sets as well as re-releasing "all of the original Batman sets". Now, I don't know if that means just the FIRST wave, or the second and third waves, as well. Crossing fingers for third wave too, since I missed ALL of those due to how fast those buggers flew off the shelves around here! Quote
Miss Kyle Posted June 26, 2011 Posted June 26, 2011 as well as re-releasing "all of the original Batman sets". I don't think this will happen at all Quote
Ogre Posted June 26, 2011 Posted June 26, 2011 I don't think this will happen at all [/color] On Brickset: "Lego have announced that by 2012 lego batman will return along with the original sets and new sets." Sooooooooo, don't know if it'll be ALL of the original sets but, it definitely seems to hint at the chance of at least SOME of them. *still crossing fingers for a re-release of wave 3* Quote
Miss Kyle Posted June 26, 2011 Posted June 26, 2011 Oh, don't get me wrong, I'd be on could nine if this happened! It just doesn't sound too realistic to me - but I'll love a good surprise! Quote

I was still in my Dark Ages when the Batman sets came out. I saw them and was tempted to buy them, but didn't and now I kick myself for it. Quote
lightningtiger Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 If it's true about the Bat's return then not a re-release of older sets, but like in SW and HP....redesigned classic sets with updated parts. Goodness I would like get a batcave ! Quote
