We should be seeing the first set soon. Since speculation is in the title, I'm going to speculate on the sets.

$12 Mr. Freeze Battle: Includes Batman and Mr. Freeze mech.

$19 Clayface Brawl: Includes Batman, Clayface, Harley Quinn.

$29 Bane Attack: Includes Batman, Bane, Poison Ivy, Some Batman vehicle, and Bane's vehicle.

$39 Killer Croc Rock: Includes Batman, Killer Croc, Catwomen, Killer Croc's vehicle and Catwomen's vehicle.

$49 The Batwing Flight: Includes Batman, Scarecrow, Mad Hatter, Batgirl, Batwing, and Scarcrow's plane.

$59 The Batmobile: Includes Batman, Two Face, The Riddler, Robin, Henhmen, Batmobile, and Two Face car.

$75 Wayne Manor Invasion: Includes Batman, Bruce Wayne, Alfred, Joker, Henchmen, Jokermobile, and some part of Wayne Manor.

$100 The Batcave: Includes: Batman, 3 Batman variants, Penguin, Hush, and a part of the Batcave.

Tid bit of news:

The first wave of sets is not going to be as big as the Lego movie's first wave. However, just like the Lego movie, there will be more sets for a second wave.

$9.99 Harley Quinn's best Friends - Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and one of the Catwomen.

$19.99 Riddler's Griddlers. The Riddler has a restaurant where he makes things he calls Griddlers. Chef-Batman is working there, and one of the Catwomen.

$29.99 Outer Space Clayface - Clayface and Batman with a Bat-Spaceship. Also, random Penguin with no space suit.

$39.99 Bane's Planes - Two Planes. One holds bane. One holds Scarecrow and someone else. Batman has a Bat-Jetpack.

$49.99 Two-Face Death Race - Two-Face has a truck that splits down the middle into two weird bike things. There is also a Batmobile, a Mr. Freeze Mech, and a small structure of no significance. One of the Catwomen is here as well.

$69.99 Batcave Bat Rave - terrible annoying glowy lights a la "Batman Forever" and "Batman And Robin". Also some Bad Guys.

I'm sure earliest we'll see something is right before SDCC. It'll be revealed online (with very oversaturated images) and displayed at SDCC in one of the glass cases.
