I agree it does look fake, there are two figures on there that I REALLY want. The beach bat because i missed the flesh colored bare chest before and I need it for other figures, and the inmate joker because he seems to have the 12th doctor hair piece in green and i want that for an arkham asylum joker.

I can't imagine there'll be an inmate Joker in a CMF if one is already in a set. Was there any precedent for that with the Lego Movie?

Just variants of characters: Emmit, Wildstyle, president business, and bad cop. The joker would technically be a variant but it's mostly just wishful thinking on my part for the figure.

I certainly hope that hairpiece arrives in green too. It's perfect for that Joker variant and for Injustice.

Look I think I'll give my two cents. I came across them here which I think is the original source.

*snip*

Full credit to lateniteguy for the find though. Anyways when I saw it I didn't think that it was fake, but rather that this was a very early preliminary sketches and renders before some of the sets were completely made or decided. If you guys recall for TLM they actually had a whole wall of sketches of every single minifigure that appeared in the movie. This could be the sAmerican thing happening here, except they've taken the designs and put them in a very, very early preliminary of the CMF series. Just look at the Red Hood figure, we've never actually had a good look at it, but yet it's there with a bow tie and looks really good.

I could believe these are early sketches/concepts of minifigures used in the movie. Interestingly Red Hood's helmet is the same as Mr. Freeze.

It's interesting that out usual sources aren't saying it's fan made. Merely that it's not the CMF...

Ah it probably was meant to be Tarantula, the hair piece and skin tone with those yellow goggles just made me think bumblebee. Plus given the controversial history of the female Tarantula I doubted she would ever be in Lego form.

Anyway back on topic, do we have any indication how and when that polybag will be available? And are there any rumblings about possible other polybags?

(please ignore this quote box)

@Nsk97 I read an article that said that the polybag was posted to eBay by a German seller, and said that it's possible they're are being sold in stores in Europe.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but who could be considered a "neutral" character in the Batman franchise?

Catwoman? Renee Montoya?

I'd consider Dick Grayson and Barbara Gordon neutral.

Was the mock up drawings, Duncan Young posted taken down? I only see that list now.

No, the picture that he got the list from is believed to be fake therefor it may not be discussed further unless we get confirmation that it is legit.

Agreed, Renee is also neutral I'd say but in the Lego universe Catwoman seems to be more considered a villain than neutral. Any civilian character is pretty much neutral.

Just so people know, don't bother looking for it, the original one in the link was taken down.

I would say Catwoman, Jason Todd, Amanda Waller, most of the mayors, Batmans parents (since sometimes they have more to them then meets the eye) and Vicki Vale or any of the bat-girlfriends.
