I have to disagree. It's in the mouth which presumably shouldn't be hard to change

Definitely. It's just the mouth. Which obviously needs to switch expressions in the film. It's pretty solidly built all the way round too from what I remember.

Right underwhelming is indeed the right word for that set... the head of Scarecrow does seem to look nice though so there's that atleast.
