The canadian prices aren't as bad as they first seemed then, nice (not that I'll be getting them in Canada though).

As soon as I saw the Batgirl figure I thought that brasso'ing off some of the print to simplify the design would give a good 66 Batgirl figure. Plain arms and clean off all the print from the legs and then maybe take the side detail off the torso and we'd be good to go.

Well, we canadians can complain for one thing...     As for today, the release dates for all four sets seems to have been pushed away to january 1st!!!

Not exactly. Base price yes, sales tax differs (if it even exists) by state though. So your out the door price will definitely be different by state.

The January 1st release seems to be in Canada, though. In the U.S it is still probably December 1st.

No it's not.

Most exclusive sets don't even come close to getting a leak, let alone a page added to their respective store's website, until well into December. That's been the way these exclusive set leaks have worked for years!

Now since the CMFs are almost always confidential to the nth degree (like the Force Awakens sets last year) it just depends. Sometimes there are little leaks that break out of the factory, however this year isn't one of them. Expect images about a half-a-month before they are released, so either mid-December or mid-January if not closer the their release.

The Cmf and penguins limo comes out in January, so wouldn't it make the most sense for the pictures to be released around this time. I mean we are about a month and a half away from January

I watched Just2Good's review for the Lowrider. It looks like I was right about Batgirl's hair being on a peg, just wrong about the cowl itself having the peg. This way does, admittedly, make more sense.

After seeing BrickVault's Batcave review, my opinion on it has completely flipped. The detailing looks amazing and it's a great playset, although still a bit expensive. Hopefully I get it for Christmas, but as that's unlikely maybe I'll just pick it up on sale in a few months. The Batman suits are also exceptional. I'm eagerly awaiting January so we can see reviews of all these great sets, and I'm especially excited to see an in-depth Arkham Asylum review!

Just got the new Lego catalog in the mail. It says Lego Batman Movie sets release on December 1st, but it doesn't specify if it's the 4 previously announced or the entire winter wave. I tried to take a picture, but the site says it's too big.

This information you're getting from is from a preliminary image of the CMF. You are also missing 5 figures, Orca, Tarantula, King Tut, Mad Harriet, and Caveman Batman. This is not what we're getting.

That's from the leaked picture. We still don't know if it's 100% accurate, but we know some of those will be in there. Anyways, we shouldn't focus on the CMF series. Lets just enjoy what we have.
