For anybody wondering, the new belt piece will not work on previous batman. Half of the printed belt will still show, at least that's what I'm assuming

It's not differently molded, it's the same belt piece flipped around. People noticed when Arkham pics came out and again when the Catwoman set pics came out.

I quite like how the belt looks backwards, the only thing i'm not too sure about is how the front of that belt will look as the back of a belt, as it looks extremely buckle-like.

I'd say the best thing to do is to just remove the belt off with brasso. Theirs really no other way around it

Yeah, might do that. If those four early release sets come out before Christmas in the UK i'll get the batcave and try that with the belt, because I think it could look good enough to go on the suit rack in the batcave.

I'll just erase the bat logo and have black muscular torsos  Look forward to doing that. Also, all of the summer set predictions are confusing. I think it's safe to assume that bane and two face will be the center of their own set. Also, another joker and Harley with the ballerina dress is expected. That leaves one more set, but we have no info about that  at the moment.

Just picked up the new Batmobile ($59.99) and Mr Freeze ($19.99) sets. Looking forward to building the Batmobile after seeing how the wheels rotate. 

Slightly disappointed in the Mr Freeze packaging. Hope it doesn't become the norm for a $20 set to use the push in tab style box often used for the $9.99 to $12.99 sets.

Also.... not sure if it's YMMV, but Target had a 20% off toys mobile coupon. Lego is listed as an exclusion, but when I checked the receipt, 20% was taken off all of the toy purchases i made today, including the Lego sets. Didn't notice it at first as the 20% off is listed separately on the receipt as a total, not next to each individual item, so in the end wound up paying $48 and $16 for the two Batman sets.

The first page of this thread says that the Tail Gator set contains 406 pieces, but the box for the set says it contains 460 pieces. 

I'm not great at math, but I think there are 54 pieces that haven't been accounted for on the first page of this thread.

That kinda sucks about Mr. Freeze. I save all my Lego boxes so I really don't like the push tabs.

Mutant Leader and Carrie Kelley seem like the most fitting choices, especially since the choice of words seems to imply a unique character and not just design. Maybe even Catgirl?

We're getting Clock King?! Yes! He's one of my favorite low-level Bat-villains!!

What's a Lego Ten-Eyed Man supposed to look like? His whole deal is having eyes on his fingers. Minifigures don't have fingers.

Am I the only one who think it's kind of weird that they would let catwoman keep her cowl and her utility belt in prison?   A Selina Kyle in jumpsuit would have been more appropriate!    Same for the riddler and his mask!

You've got the internet at your fingertips man, you should use it. A quick google search would've been easy. They should really make the age limits here stricter.

True, a bit weird. A Selina Kyle minifigure would be great! I would love a maskless riddler, both of those would make for great variants. Although, you can easily swap heads and change them to your preference.

Ya I've always been fascinated with the villain's alter egos. When I was younger I always prided myself on being able to name the villains alter egos. So if we had gotten an Edward Nigma, Selina Kyle, or a Jonathan Crane  Oh well, with everything else LEGO is giving us I can't really complain.

Why would ages matter, Lego is a building toy mainly for kids. Plus all I saw on google was this weird hulk wannabe

The mutant leader is very burly and has red shades on. He's from Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns book.

I already see this going off on a tangent, but their is a age limit (while they can't do much about it, it's their for a reason) While it is true that Lego is a kids toy, this is an AFOL website, and an age limit helps block out alot of immaturity on the forums. 

For the moderators, I'm trying not to go off topic, but I thought it was important to respond to this comment
