The summer sets have since been removed from Smyths website.

Hopefully you can still find them in store, I'm going to check out my nearest one tomorrow

I don't have a Smyths store nearby. :sadnew:

I mean it's still an hour and a bit away (I'm in a small village in Edinburgh and the nearest is in Fort Kinnaird in the other side of town) it's a lot closer than Glasgow that's for sure

Hey guys I hope to see more batcaves in the future. I've been working hard on creating my own design though.

FYI this probably isn't the place to put that, it would get more exposure in its own thread, that and this is the official Lego release rumor thread.

Trying to be helpful ,not trying to mini-mod.

Liking the new batman expression.

Also, does this mean that the ultimate batmobile is not a D2C??

Nope, just a larger set.

I'm at Fort Kinnard having just bought the Scarecrow set. They've got all the LBM sets as well as Star Wars, Cars 3 and City among others. If you want pictures of the Scarecrow set let me know

Ok, I'll be able to take pictures in a couple of hours. It'll be a while before I can get home. I've already built it whilst in Waterstones but my tablets at home. I'll tell you thing though, the Scarecrow fig is perfect

Any specific pictures you want to see of it?

Just a couple of different angles of the copter. That's my main reason for wanting it, though Scarecrow is a nice little bonus.

Can the little bit of the energy facility connect to the other parts from wave 1 sets?

Afraid not. I've got a picture of it with the Freeze and Joker sets away though

Pictures in spoiler tag

Thanks for the pics. Man, that gyrocopter is aces, might need to grab more than one like I did with the Propeller Plane. I like that they gave Scarecrow dual face prints, too.

The flying monkeys look great! I also love the new Alfred. Polka Dot Man has printing all over his legs and arms, which is really nice to see. I'm pretty happy with the set overall and the vehicles connect together extremely well. I'm just not sure how good the Batsignal will be at actually projecting the symbol.

Artifex Creation has uploaded a speed build video of the Ultimate Batmobile, if anyone's interested.

Thanks, this was the review I was waiting for! Artifex's speed build reviews are for me the most helpful, since most reviewers look over the final product only. I think it helps seeing the construction process.

I love the grebble-ing on this set, as also with the other movie Batvehicles. The only weak point I found was the undetailed Batmobile( the front vehicle) section's cockpit and the gaping hole in the rear of that vehicle after the Batbike and tank are separated from it. :sceptic:

But other than that, it looks amazing!
