Robert8 Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 Hahaha I wouldn't count on it. $250 at most. Yeah, I just checked and Metalbeard Sea Cow was $250. And we just got a DC D2C set this year, so I think you're right... Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 Yeah, I just checked and Metalbeard Sea Cow was $250. And we just got a DC D2C set this year, so I think you're right... The thing is, those sets didn't come with 12 minifigures. That's what has me very suspicious about this. Quote
BatmanFanboy Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 I just wanted to point out something. Billy Dee Williams was in The Lego Movie he did the voice for Lando from Star Wars. So since they are using Billy Dee Williams's Two-Face. Maybe he will voice him in the movie?! Maybe I don't know but I hope so! Quote
Nsk97 Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 The thing is, those sets didn't come with 12 minifigures. That's what has me very suspicious about this. I think that if we are getting the asylum set it will come with only some of those 12 and the others will be in other sets. Captain Unicorn may have seen the minifigure names and just assumed they came in the asylum due to their outfits. Quote
Felkin Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 I just wanted to point out something. Billy Dee Williams was in The Lego Movie he did the voice for Lando from Star Wars. So since they are using Billy Dee Williams's Two-Face. Maybe he will voice him in the movie?! Maybe I don't know but I hope so! it makes sense! The characters are being based on the actors who play them (Batgirl's skin colour being a main example), so if Two-Face looks like William's version of the character, it makes sense that he's been brought back to voice him. He's hoping! Quote
Actor Builder Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 We've already been through this Billy Dee thing a bunch of times... Lando escapes from the Space Worm in the LEGO Movie but is half destroyed in the process. He becomes Two-Face and goes to Gotham to get revenge on Batman for stealing the hyperdrive and his Space-Cape. And he has a lot of hands, or something weird like that. Quote
Delta Customs Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 I think that if we are getting the asylum set it will come with only some of those 12 and the others will be in other sets. Captain Unicorn may have seen the minifigure names and just assumed they came in the asylum due to their outfits. This could very likely be possible. He's human too, so I wouldn't be surprised if he accidentally misinterpreted something. Or there are 12 minifigures in the Asylum. Just gotta wait and see. Quote

BrickFit26 Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 You're right It's a molded piece Thanks. just looked at it again and saw Batgirl has it too. Quote
BrickRapper Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Guys. I personally think that the scene with the justice league (in the trailer) is actually the last clip in the whole movie. Therefore the JL will not be in the movie much. Maybe 5 minutes. We could also get Green Areow as a Minifigure ( like pyjama emmit) Quote
CM4Sci Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Thanks. just looked at it again and saw Batgirl has it too. Catwoman wears it too I believe. Quote
BrickFit26 Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Catwoman wears it too I believe. Nice. Its a pretty cool new mold. Quote
BrickJagger Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Catwoman wears it too I believe. Good to hear that that mold is going to be used frequently. It's a good piece. Quote
Sir Gareth Posted August 29, 2016 Author Posted August 29, 2016 It's a good piece. Except it ruins the torso printing... Quote
TheBrickBuilder14 Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Yup not a big fan of the belt piece. I get that it looks cool and ads a lot of options but for me a lego minifigure should just have a printed torso. I mean now we get Batman and Batgirl with a belt but Robin still has a printed one... just looks of to me. I wouldn't mind it as much if they would still print a belt underneath but sadly it doesn't seem that that is the case. Quote
benderisgreat Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 While I like that Lego did something unique with Batman's utility belt, I'd probably leave it off his minifigure( 2014 torso has this printing, and I doubt Lego removed this print from the torso). These accessories are undoubtedly cool, but they don't fell like Lego to me. But after seeing it in hands I might change my opinion. Quote
LegoMcBoss2004 Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 If "The Eraser" is released could he use a helmet piece, like Frankenstein's to resemble the actual eraser at the top of his head. Quote

BaneShake Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 If "The Eraser" is released could he use a helmet piece, like Frankenstein's to resemble the actual eraser at the top of his head. That's what I would hope for. Quote
rob-ot5000 Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 RE: Bat-Belt I think it's a really neat piece and will be interesting to see, and I hope to nab a few. That said, I hope it doesn't become a standard for the non-LBM sets. Printed torsos FTW. Quote
